NFL Let's Make a Deal: Anquan Boldin for Jay Cutler
We'll skip the build up and get to the money here: the Broncos made their franchise quarterback mad by pimping him on the trade market. The Cardinals have a stud wide receiver that wants out because he isn't getting enough money.
Let's make a deal.
The Arizona Cardinals should trade Anquan Boldin and Matt Leinart to Denver for Jay Cutler.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Why would Arizona do this? Well, let's see...they're in Arizona, one of the hardest hit states in the current economic crisis. The Coyotes are barely making payroll, the Diamondbacks have had concerns about season ticket renewals, and the Cardinals, even with their awesome stadium and Super Bowl run, aren't immune.
So by moving Boldin and the disappointing Leinart for Cutler, coupled with not giving 38-year old Warner $13 million per for two years, would save the Cardinals some serious coin against the cap (and a potentially shrinking income base).
The Cardinals would also be bringing in a young quarterback with a big arm to play with Larry Fitzgerald for the next decade. Warner, though a great person of faith and an unbelievable story, isn't getting younger and another short-term deal is nothing more than a Band-Aid.
The Cardinals need to get a good, young quarterback in or they run the risk of Fitzgerald following the lead of his older receiving partner and leaving the desert when his contract is up. Cutler would do that for the Cardinals.
Why would Denver do this deal?
Well, first of all, if they are indeed shopping their young franchise quarterback, they may have burned a bridge for the future. With a rookie head coach, the Broncos have some significant damage control to do if they hope to keep their offense moving.
If the Broncos made this deal, they would be bringing in a top-tier wide receiver in Boldin that might ease the potential loss of Brandon Marshall to a league suspension because he can't find a taxi.
But when Marshall is on the field, while I'll never say he's in the same class as Fitzgerald, having Boldin opposite Marshall in the AFC West is a substantial proposition.
The throw-in on this deal is Leinart. Whether it's Warner for two more years or someone else, it looks more every day like Leinart's not the guy in Arizona. A change of scenery might be needed to get something, anything out of the talent that won him a Heisman Trophy at Southern California.
The trade of Boldin for Cutler is an exchange of superstar players. Adding Leinart to the mix gives the Broncos the potential of a diamond-in-the-rough scenario where they might be able to acquire a new franchise quarterback for very little cost.
And, if they don't have faith that Leinart's the man for their future, they could burn a first round pick on another quarterback from USC, Mark Sanchez.
Either way, there are two players that aren't happy in their current situations: Cutler and Boldin. This is a deal that could, potentially, make them both happy and help both franchises over the long term.
