Imminent Immortality: WWE Championship Preview
Wrestlemania is only two weeks away, and the lineup is getting better and better with every passing day. But no matches are building more hype than the championship matches slated for the evening. First up is the WWE Championship Triple Threat Match with three men who have one thing in common: Egos will collide hard in Orlando. Here's the participants.
Randy Orton, The Legend Killer
The "Legend Killer" has been on a reign of terror ever since acquiring/losing/regaining the WWE Championship at No Mercy. The list of unfortunate opponents who fell during his wrath continues to grow even now. But he is still determined to hold on to the title even with two rabid dogs gunning for him in less than two weeks. Orton has had to fight off the likes of Triple H, John Cena, Chris Jericho, Jeff Hardy, and Shawn Michaels en route to his appearance at Wrestlemania.

Most Likely Backlash Heel/Face Turns 🎭
Orton has almost had the upper hand on his two Wrestlemania opponents until recently. After getting intentionally disqualified at No Way Out to secure his trip to Orlando, Orton wound up being on the short end of the stick thanks to a match against Cena with Triple H as the special referee. In any event, Orton is still the WWE Champion, and until someone else dethrones him, he intends to continue his one man dynasty for a very long time. So who has the goods to take him down?
Triple H, The King of Kings
He is an 11-time World Champion. He has won the King of the Ring and the Royal Rumble. He is the second WWE Undisputed Champion in WWE history. He is The Game, and he is that damn good. On March 30th, Triple H intends on regaining the championship he was screwed out of at No Mercy. It has become clear that he intends to make his return to Wrestlemania a memorable one. After being on the shelf last year with a torn quadriceps muscle, he had to sit on the sidelines and watch the Granddaddy of them All from home.
It looks like there's more to this story than what's been told. Luckily, I found out the inside story, and it involves John Cena. Three years ago, Triple H faced Cena at Wrestlemania 22 for the WWE Championship. Cena forced The Game to tap out and he has never truly recovered from that match. No matter which way you twist it, Triple H is out for blood this time around, and he's looking to not only leave Orlando with the WWE Championship, but also take out his two biggest adversaries. But Orton isn't the only thorn in the King's @$$ come Wrestlemania.
John Cena, The Champ
Back in October, he suffered a torn pectoral muscle that was believed to keep him out until October of this year. Then at the Royal Rumble, the world was shocked when a familiar face arrived out of the gates to enter the battle at #30. John Cena returned to a raucous crowd at Madison Square Garden and eliminated Triple H to earn his spot in the Wrestlemania Main Event. The problem: He didn't want to wait till Orlando. He won his match against Orton at No Way Out via DQ, and no one was happy about that except for Orton.
Fast forward to a few weeks after qualifying for the main event match. Cena has been more than determined to win back the title he never lost. He's been an animal possessed. No matter which way you twist it, Cena has never lost at Wrestlemania, and has won the WWE Championship at Wrestlemania once before. Though the fans aren't too happy to see him, he is still unleashing his wrath and payback on whoever he gets in his way.
Three men. Two weeks. One championship. Wrestlemania is the showcase of the immortals. On March 30th, in the words of Triple H this past Monday night: Game On!
