4.  Seattle SeahawksMichael Crabtree; Wide Receiver, Texas Tech

5.  Cleveland Browns:  Malcolm Jenkins; Cornerback, Ohio State

6.  Cincinnati Bengals:  B.J. Raji; Defensive Tackle, Boston College

7.  Oakland Raiders:  Jeremy Maclin; Wide Receiver, Missouri

8.  Jacksonville Jaguars:  Jason Smith; Offensive Tackle, Baylor

9.  Green Bay Packers:  Brian Orakpo; Defensive End/Outside Linebacker, Texas

With the 10th selection in the 2009 B/R NFL Mock Draft, the San Francisco 49ers have selected...Rey Maualuga; Middle Linebacker, USC.

With the selection of Maualuga, the 49ers now have two very good MLB's, but missed out on the opportunity to take a great pass rushing outside linebacker or even a franchise offensive tackle.  Overall, this is not a great pick in terms of value for the Niners.

Still, we now move on to the Buffalo Bills, who didn't really change much from their 2007 form in 2008.  It was another mediocre campaign for Dick Jauron and company, and some find it to be amazing he is still wearing the headset in Buffalo.  However, he will live to see at least one more day as Bills' head coach, and along with the rest of the Buffalo staff, has a lot of work to do come draft day.

Here are what I think are the Bills' top needs, in no particular order.

1.  Interior Offensive Linemen

2.  Outside Linebacker

3.  Defensive End

4.  Tight End

5.  Free Safety

You make the call Buffalo fans!  Vote in the poll for the player you think should be picked by the Bills with the 10th overall selection!

1.  Everette Brown; Defensive End, Florida State

The only glaring weakness for this top defensive end prospect is his run stopping.  Otherwise, he has all of the physical tools to be a great pass rusher at the next level.  Brown possesses ideal size and never missed a game while at Florida State.  He is a hard worker with great intensity and a nose for the quarterback.

2.  Brian Cushing; Outside Linebacker, USC

Cushing missed a fair amount of time in his days at USC due to injury, but he was still able to put up All-American numbers.  He is a rare combination of size and speed, and reminds me a lot of Brian Urlacher in the way that he plays.  He is excellent in pass coverage and is also a very good pass rusher.  He is the complete package.

3.  Brandon Pettigrew; Tight End, Oklahoma State

Pettigrew has some off-field issues he needs to work out, but on the field, he is an absolute beast.  He reminds me of a younger Daniel Graham and with better hands.  Like Graham, Pettigrew's top skill is in the area of blocking.  He has long arms and plays with a chip on his shoulder.  He is also a big time target in the passing game.

4.  Aaron Maybin; Defensive End, Penn State

I see Maybin more as a 3-4 outside linebacker than a 4-3 defensive end, but he is certainly a possibility with this pick.  He has the frame to add bulk and maintain his speed and quickness, and has one of the quickest first steps of any DE in the draft.  Despite his lanky-ish frame, he is very capable in run support.

5.  Matthew Stafford; Quarterback, Georgia

Trent Edwards appears to be this team's quarterback of the future, but there is really no reason why Stafford is still on the board.  Edwards has a history of injuries, and the team may want to have Stafford waiting in the wings if anything should happen.

There you have it Buffalo fans, make your pick in the poll!
