USA vs. Japan: Americans Will Avenge World Cup Final Loss to Japanese
The United States women's soccer team will dominate Japan and avenge their loss from the 2011 World Cup final to the Japanese squad when the two world football powers meet in the Volvo Cup.
The match is scheduled to start at 4 a.m. PT, 7 a.m. ET and will be streamed live online at universalsports.com. There will also be a tape-delayed TV broadcast at 7 a.m. PT, 10 a.m. ET on the Universal Sports Network.
A win on Monday won't erase what happened last year, but it would give the American women some confidence going forward as they prepare for tournaments such as the 2012 Olympics and the 2015 women's World Cup in Canada.

The United States comes into this match in excellent form, and have been scoring at a remarkable pace in their last few matches.
They have defeated Sweden, Brazil and China by a combined score of 10-2, and have not conceded more than one goal in any of those victories.
Forward Alex Morgan is continuing her development as a top player on the world stage with three goals in the last three matches. She has become the United States' most reliable attacking player and is a threat to score in almost every game.
Joining Morgan on the attack is forward Abby Wambach, who is one of the most recognizable stars on the team and is still a top goal scorer. Watching her play is always exciting because of the passion and skill she brings to the pitch.
Defending the United States goal will be Hope Solo, who is a top goalkeeper and will be a key part of the team's success against Japan.
Solo will be looking to keep a clean sheet against a talented Japanese attack, and with a little help from her defense, she will accomplish this goal.
The Americans will earn some confidence with a convincing win over defending World Cup champion Japan on Monday.
