Hazard is one of the hottest young stars in Europe. He is a dynamic attacking midfielder who still has a tremendous ceiling.

Signing Hazard is a huge deal for Chelsea. Coming off a UEFA Champions League title, their momentum was already riding high. Adding Hazard is gravy.
