What constitutes a power forward? Well, for the purposes of this list, we are going to base it on all three forward positions, presence on the powerplay, physical play, ability to score goals, and a winning track record.
Without further ado, here are the top 20 power forwards in the National Hockey League.

2. Jarome Iginla: A born scorer and leader.
3. Ryan Getzlaf: Pretty big guy with sweet hands.
4. Rick Nash: Same as Getzlaf, but no Cup for him yet.
5. Jeff Carter: Rapidly climbing this list.
6. Vincent Lecavalier: Not overly physical, but dominant.
7. Shane Doan: Very underrated, very gritty.
8. Brenden Morrow: If he was not hurt, he would be higher.
9. Ryan Clowe: Emerging as a top power forward.
10. Ryan Smyth: Aging but still gutsy as hell.
11. Scott Hartnell: Scary to play against.
12. Johan Franzen: Not that physical, but does a lot of power forward things.
13. Jamie Langenbrunner: Good track record, not as offensive as others.
14. Tomas Holmstrom: Great on power play, undersized, and does not hit a lot.
15. Keith Tkachuk: Still getting it done, truly amazing.
16. Corey Perry: Already a Cup and a mean streak.
17. Ryan Malone: Very gritty, but has taken a step backwards this season.
18. Dustin Brown: He should be in the top 10 on this list next season.
19. Eric Cole: Starting to heat up, and can do a lot of power forward things.
20. Mike Knuble: A veteran big-body player with a good release.
