LaVon Brazill to Colts: Video Highlights, Analysis and Scouting Report
You may not know who LaVon Brazill is now, but just wait till he gets onto an NFL football field and displays his blazin' fast speed.
The Ohio University alum stands at 5’11’’ and 191 pounds, very similar measurements to Baylor’s Kendall Wright.
The All-MAC Second Team performer was named the MVP of the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl in December as he led the Bobcats to their first bowl win in school history.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Excluding 2010 when he was redshirted due to injury, Brazill showed significant improvements statically every season in Athens, culminating in a senior season that watched him catch 72 receptions for 1,150 yards and 11 TDs.
What LaVon Brazill Brings to the Team
Brazill is likely going to be fighting for a spot on the active roster his rookie year as he adjusts to the physicality of the pro game. In the meantime, Brazill can contribute on special teams right away. That will be his best shot to land on the active 45-man game day roster.
In 2009 he was the only player in FBS to return three punts for a touchdown. With a 4.48 40-yard dash, he has the sort of speed that will translate to the pro game. Scouts love his ability to return both punts and kicks.
What Experts are Saying:
The NFL.com scouting report likes what they see out of this potential sleeper pick:
"Brazill is a savvy route runner who is quick and explosive off the line. Can sink his hips at the top of routes and vary his speed to keep defenders guessing. Has strong hands, good focus when reaching for the ball and is not a fumbling threat. Can extend the field and is a deep threat not because of his speed, but his ability to stick a foot in the ground and jump off one leg at full speed and extend for the ball.
"
Rookie Impact:
Don’t expect Brazill to see the field very often. Until he bulks up and adjusts to the physicality of the game, he’ll be used on special teams as a gunner.
With his speed and track record of returning kicks, don’t be surprised if he ends up fielding kick-offs, punt returns or both his rookie season.
Don’t expect many catches.
