Newcastle United's Yohan Cabaye: 'Arsenal Is the Right Club for Eden Hazard'
Newcastle United's Yohan Cabaye, a former teammate of Eden Hazard's at Lille, has given his unofficial endorsement of a move for the Belgian starlet to Arsenal.
"I don't know if there's been contact but it'd be the right club for him," Cabaye told French sports newspaper L'Equipe. "Arsenal, that would be pretty good. Lille is very close in terms of style of play and mentality."
Speaking at the launch of the French national team's new home jersey in Paris on Monday, he said he saw Arsenal as a better fit for Hazard than Tottenham, who are also reported to be chasing him, citing the uncertain future of manager Harry Redknapp.

Redknapp has been tipped to become manager of the English national team following the current Premier League season.
Rumor has it that should Spurs miss out on Champions League football next season (they are currently fourth in the EPL standings with five games to go), they will sell Gareth Bale or Luka Modric. Whether the money generated from those transfers would be enough to net Hazard remains to be seen.
The 21-year-old confirmed in January that he will be playing in England next season.
Chelsea, Liverpool, Tottenham, Manchester United and Arsenal have all been listed as potential destinations for the talented Belgian, who was twice named Ligue 1 Young Player of the Year (2008-10) and was named Player of the Year for the 2010-11 season.
He scored 15 goals and added 12 assists last season in helping Lille to the league title.
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has admitted to being a fan of the winger, but has said that a lack of funds could scupper a potential move this summer. Hazard has been priced at £30 million.
