Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
1. Indianapolis Colts (2-14): Andrew Luck, QB, Stanford
It’s obvious to anyone who hasn’t been living under a rock that Luck is the No. 1 prospect in this draft and going No. 1 overall to the Colts.
2. *Washington Redskins (5-11): Robert Griffin III, QB, Baylor
Washington truly believes that RGIII has what it takes to become a franchise QB in the NFL, which is exactly why they traded up with St. Louis to select him at No. 2.
3. Minnesota Vikings (3-13): Matt Kalil, OT, USC
Kalil has the size, skill and general look of a franchise tackle. Minnesota may be interested in trading down to a desperate team like Miami (who would presumably take Tannehill), but they go with Kalil if they stay.
4. Cleveland Browns (4-12): Trent Richardson, RB, Alabama
The Browns should take the best available offensive weapon on the board and improve their running game vastly by selecting Richardson (a rare RB worth a top-five pick) here.
5. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (4-12): Morris Claiborne, CB, LSU
Claiborne is the best available defensive player in the class and will instantly improve an underachieving Buccaneers team that is on the cusp of contention again.
6. *St. Louis Rams (2-14): Justin Blackmon, WR, Oklahoma State
St. Louis’ offense went to hell last season, and they need to add some potent weapons to improve it soon.
Blackmon is a great receiver who will instantly rejuvenate Sam Bradford, hopefully returning him to his rookie form and expanding upon that.
7. Jacksonville Jaguars (5-11): Quinton Coples, DE, UNC
This is a high-risk, high-reward pick for a franchise that needs to hit a home run. They have a new owner and new coach, which means there is no better time to roll dice.
8. Miami Dolphins (6-10): Ryan Tannehill, QB, Texas A&M
Tannehill isn’t a franchise QB, but he’s the closest thing available to one without waiting until next year.
Expect Miami, who hasn’t been able to get anything done in free agency, to make a boneheaded pick and try to develop this kid into half-decent player.
9. Carolina Panthers (6-10): Dontari Poe, DT, Memphis
Poe went insane at the draft combine in Indy and skyrocketed up big boards. He’ll be a good fit for a Carolina defense that couldn’t stop anyone in 2011-12.
10. Buffalo Bills (6-10): Riley Reiff, OT, Iowa
Buffalo needs a franchise tackle that will be a cornerstone on the offensive line for a long time. That’s exactly what they’ll get with Reiff.
11. Kansas City Chiefs (7-9): David DeCastro, OG, Stanford
DeCastro is the best guard or center in the class and makes a nice fit for a Chiefs team that needs to get back to the basics of pounding the rock.
12. Seattle Seahawks (7-9): Melvin Ingram, DE, South Carolina
Ingram is arguably the best pass-rusher in the class and he’ll immediately address a huge need for the Seahawks, who struggle to sack the QB.
13. Arizona Cardinals (8-8): Luke Kuechly, LB, Boston College
Arizona should definitely take the best available LB and only one worthy of a high first-round pick with the No. 13 selection. His nose for the ball and making a play are second-to-none.
14. Dallas Cowboys (8-7): Mark Barron, S, Alabama
It’s a bit of a reach, but Barron is the best safety in the 2012 class and fills a huge need. Dallas has no chance of getting him later on, so they might as well take him now or trade down.
15. Philadelphia Eagles (8-8): Michael Floyd, WR, Notre Dame
The Fighting Irish WR fits a perfect void in Philly’s passing offense. They need a big possession receiver to compliment DeSean Jackson and Jeremy Maclin.
16. New York Jets (8-8): Courtney Upshaw, DE/OLB, Alabama
Upshaw comes from a winning team and is extremely adept at bringing down QBs and making big plays. His mentality and skills are something the Jets need.
17. Cincinnati Bengals (via OAK 8-8): Dre Kirkpatrick, CB, Alabama
This young man’s stock fell after a misdemeanor marijuana arrest following his announcement to declare for the draft.
The Crimson Tide star is still a great value and the best zone corner in the class.
18. San Diego Chargers (8-8): Nick Perry, DE, USC
Perry is a gamble, but San Diego will not win the division without adding an elite pass-rusher.
19. Chicago Bears (8-8): Cordy Glenn, OG, Georgia
Chicago’s line had all sorts of problems last season, which is exactly why they must pick a sturdy guard like Glenn to help patch it up.
20. Tennessee Titans (9-7): Fletcher Cox, DT, Mississippi State
Cox is extremely versatile and able to play numerous positions on a defense. He’s a nice addition to a team that needs players like that.
21. Cincinnati Bengals (9-7): Kendall Wright, WR, Baylor
More weapons for Andy Dalton is never a bad thing, and the QB is expected to make big strides in 2012-13. Wright is one of the better receivers in this class, and his speed will be a valuable asset to Cincy.
22. Cleveland Browns (via ATL 10-6): Jonathan Martin, OT, Stanford
Martin slipped down the big board after a sub-par pro day. He’s still got plenty of upside, and his body of work with the Cardinal speaks for itself.
23. Detroit Lions (10-6): Stephon Gilmore, CB, South Carolina
The South Carolina cornerback has been rising slowly and surely up draft boards and could go much higher than this by the time the event actually takes place. He can do everything well and fills a need.
24. Pittsburgh Steelers (12-4): Dont'a Hightower, ILB, Alabama
The Steelers must get younger at the linebacker position, and Dont’a just seems like a natural player to select here for a hard-nosed team like Pittsburgh.
25. Denver Broncos (8-8): Devon Still, DT, Penn State
Still is the most NFL-ready defensive tackle in the class, and that goes in step with the Broncos' new M.O.: Win now.
26. Houston Texans (10-6): Alshon Jeffery, WR, South Carolina
Jeffery hasn’t shown the ability to create separation or harness his incredible athleticism for more than flashes at South Carolina. If he figures it out, he’s an incredible value at No. 26 and eventually becomes the No. 1 receiver in Houston.
27. New England Patriots (via NO 13-3): Michael Brockers, DT, LSU
New England needs to get more defenders that can play high-level football. Brockers has a ton of upside and looks like a monster that will make an impact in the run-stopping and pass-rushing portions of the game.
28. Green Bay Packers (15-1): Andre Branch, DE, Clemson
Branch’s ability to knock a QB down make him valuable to a team that struggled against the pass last season.
29. Baltimore Ravens (12-4): Janoris Jenkins, CB, North Alabama
Jenkins' talent is too much to ignore at No. 29. Baltimore doesn’t need a corner, but this kid has so much upside and potential that they cannot afford to watch him slip past.
30. San Francisco 49ers (13-3): Stephen Hill, WR, Georgia Tech
This young man lit up the Indy combine and vaulted himself into the first round. He’s got great size, speed and flashed some impressive hands. He’ll join a re-tooled WR corps if he goes to San Fran.
31. New England Patriots (13-3): Kendall Reyes, DT, Connecticut
Again, New England must get pressure on the QB, and taking another lineman here just makes sense.
32. New York Giants (9-7): Coby Fleener, TE, Stanford
Fleneer’s sub 4.5 40-yard dash speed will be too much for the Giants to overlook here at a position of need.
