No. 6 Cincinnati over No. 2 Ohio State

In a battle of Ohio, Cincinnati and Ohio State will combine to make one of the ugliest-but-great games in the tournament.

The Buckeyes' biggest advantage against most teams is the strength of Jared Sullinger up front, but Cincinnati's Yancy Gates is one of the strongest players in the country and can neutralize the big man.

If Cashmere Wright and company can make their shots, Cincinnati will be moving on to the next round.

No. 4 Louisville over No. 1 Michigan State

This could be one of the most entertaining games in the tournament.

Tom Izzo and Rick Pitino are two of the best coaches in the sport, and they will definitely have their teams ready for each other.

Louisville is deeper than most teams in the tournament. Peyton Siva is the leader on the court, but the Cardinals are difficult to defend because the points can come from anywhere.

Michigan State forward Draymond Green needs to make sure he stays out of foul trouble, or else this could be a long day for the Spartans.

No. 13 Ohio over No. 1 North Carolina

This game is completely dependent on whether North Carolina point guard Kendall Marshall is able to play.

The latest information is that he might need surgery on his fractured wrist, but he still could play in the Sweet 16.

Without Marshall, the Tar Heels have to look towards rarely used freshman Stilman White, who provides little threat with or without the ball.

It will allow Ohio, which has won 10 of its last 11 games, to double-team scorers Tyler Zeller and Harrison Barnes.

Without its facilitator, North Carolina is a much worse team offensively.
