NCAA Scores 2012: Early Winners Who Will Blast Through Round of 32
It doesn't matter what you did in the regular season.
When the NCAA tournament comes around, it's an entirely different season, bubbling with pressure-packed situations and hungry teams.
Some teams have started off red-hot, showing the promise to go a long way in March Madness.

Report: Biggest Spenders in Men's CBB 🤑
Here's a look at teams playing great ball heading into the Round of 32.
3. Wisconsin (No. 4 Seed, East Region)
The Wisconsin Badgers came in and did what they were supposed to do in the Round of 64, knocking off No. 13 seed Montana, 73-49.
The Badgers showed the shooting and rebounding that has made them the No. 4 seed in the East Region this year, as Ryan Evans dominated with 18 points and eight rebounds.
I like Vanderbilt—the Badgers' next opponent—a lot, but Wisconsin played strong in the Round of 64, regardless of its opponent. I think the Badgers have shown up sharp and ready, and that will see them through to the Sweet 16.
2. Louisville (No. 4 Seed, West Region)
Every time I underestimate a team led by a great coach, I kick myself.
Well, I'm kicking myself right now after underestimating Rick Pitino's Louisville Cardinals.
I thought Davidson had the scoring and rebounding to beat Louisville in the Round of 64 and send the heavily favored Cardinals packing.
But, Peyton Siva proved to be the leader he's tabbed to be, and Louisville absolutely locked the game down defensively. Davidson, averaging 78.4 points headed into the matchup, shot just 35 percent and was constantly hounded.
Louisville looks great so far, and I see the Cardinals advancing to the Sweet 16.
1. Marquette (No. 3 Seed, West Region)
Marquette looked impressive in the Round of 64 against BYU.
While BYU wasn't a top team, the Cougars were just coming off a rousing comeback performance against Iona in the opening round and were hungry.
But, Marquette shot 45 percent from the floor and out-rebounded BYU, 48-32. Four Marquette players scored in double figures, led by star Jae Crowder, who posted 25 points, 16 rebounds, four assists and four steals.
The Golden Eagles have a star in Crowder to lead them, and they're playing well as a team. I expect Marquette to knock off Murray State in the Round of 32.
