March Madness Scores 2012: Blowouts You Can Guarantee Will Happen
The second round of the 2012 NCAA tournament is the only round that we can easily predict a blowout in.
It's an unfortunate reality of March Madness, but the chances are slim that we'll see an epic one seed vs. 16th seed upset. Is it possible? Of course.
Is it likely? Not at all.

It would be easy to predict that all four No. 1 seeds are going to blow out their opponents, but I don't see that being the case. By now you know that Syracuse lost center Fab Melo to ineligibility, so that's really going to change the way they go through the tournament.
Do I think they're going to beat UNC Asheville? Yes, in fact, I do. That being said, I think they may have a harder time with it now.
The three other No. 1 seeds, Michigan State, Kentucky and North Carolina are all going to blow out their opponents, so you can mark that down and take it to the bank.
In an effort not to be that guy and just pick the one seeds though, here's two more blowouts that I can see coming
No. 4 Michigan vs. No. 13 Ohio
I really like this Wolverines team, and even though they may not be elite just yet, they have the capability to make quite a run in this years tournament.
Their X-factor is freshman point guard Trey Burke. He brings a confidence to this squad that they didn't have in the past, and considering he's averaging 14.8 points, 3.5 rebounds and 4.6 assists per game, he has every reason to be confident.
He's the point man of this team, but they also have dangerous weapons in Tim Hardaway Jr, forward Jordan Morgan and senior guard Stu Douglass.
This is a team with a lot of offensive potential. Ohio will give them a run, but in the end I'm predicting an easy Michigan win.
No. 2 Missouri vs. No. 15 Norfolk State
You need to look our for the Missouri Tigers in this tournament. They've got a good draw seeded No. 2 in the tournament, and they have the fire power to take out anybody they go against.
Unfortunately, Norfolk State is not going to stand a chance.
Missouri ranks sixth in the nation with 80.3 points per game and third in field goal percentage, shooting a blazing .504.
Like I said, this is a very dangerous team.
Norfolk State has only averaged 69 points a game, and that was playing in the MEAC.
I just can't see anyway they keep this game close. This is a horrible matchup for the Spartans.
They are going to get blown out.
