NCAA Bracket 2012: Most Likely Cinderellas of March Madness
There's nothing like being an underdog.
If you lose, it was expected. If you win, you are everybody's favorite Cinderella.
But the truth is, there are some teams out there that should be given more credit than they have been this season, and perhaps runs in the NCAA tournament should actually be expected.

Report: Biggest Spenders in Men's CBB 🤑
Here's a look at my top three Cinderellas heading into March Madness.
3. Detroit
The Detroit Titans have won 10 of their last 11 games, and they come from Horizon League, the same league as Butler. We all know what Butler did the past two seasons.
They have a leader in Ray McCallum, experience and have the ability to score lots of points. Five Titans have averaged double figures in scoring this season. That's the sign of a team playing well together.
Detroit faces Kansas in the Round of 64, a team that just saw its winning streak snapped by Baylor.
2. Belmont
First things first: Belmont can score the basketball.
The Bruins have averaged 81.5 points this season (fourth in the nation), while averaging 17.4 assists (fifth).
The Bruins face a physical Georgetown team in the Round of 64, but if they can make it a fast-paced, high-scoring game, they have a shot at shocking the world.
The Bruins have won 14 straight games heading into March Madness.
1. Davidson
Davidson has a tough matchup from the start, pitted against Rick Pitino's Louisville Cardinals, but this is another one of those teams that can flat-out score.
Davidson averaged 78.4 points this season, 12th in the nation. On top of that, the Wildcats are a very good rebounding team, averaging 38.9 rebounds per game (19th in the nation).
Davidson has won its last five games. The team has five players averaging double figures in points, led by De'Mon Brooks and Jake Cohen.
Don't sleep on Davidson, folks.
