March Madness 2012 Predictions: Top Seeds That Will Fall Early
March Madness has set upon us as conference tournaments are near over and Selection Sunday is only two days away.
It’s going to be another epic year full of buzzer-beaters, Cinderella stories and heroes born from the both of them.
With that glory comes tragedy, and here are some elite teams that will be going home early as a victim.

UConn's STACKED Schedule ☠️

Report: Biggest Spenders in Men's CBB 🤑
Syracuse
The Orange have a No. 1 seed all but secure. They went 30-1 during the regular season and locked it up then, so their Big East tournament status has no real weight.
However, they have looked especially vulnerable as of late.
They’ve narrowly escaped UConn in the past two matchups, almost lost to Louisville and went to overtime with Georgetown—and that is only since the month of February started.
They are eventually going to drop a game against an underrated opponent if they keep playing so sloppy.
Kansas
Kansas is likely another No. 1 seed and did quite well during the regular season campaign.
However, they lost to some extremely beatable teams and they are going to see plenty of teams like Davidson (who they fell to 80-74) and Iowa State (72-64 loss) in the tournament.
It’s not likely they survive a string of them unscathed and this team certainly falls before the Final Four.
Michigan State
Sparty is a polarizing program that likely will land a No. 2 seed despite their seven losses.
Some of these are downright unacceptable, including a 42-41 defeat by Illinois and a 81-74 Northwestern loss.
This team just doesn’t seem to have all the pieces in place to make a championship run and they will be exposed early.
