Big East Tournament 2012 Bracket: Seeds, Odds, Matchups and More
There is no postseason tournament even close to that of the Big East. With 16 teams in play and a potential five-day run for the lowest seeds, things are always interesting.
Syracuse ran away with the regular season title this year and should run away with the conference title as well, but we've seen crazier things happen when the bright lights come on at Madison Square Garden.
The World's Most Famous Arena is home to the nation's most exciting conference tournament, and it certainly won't disappoint.

Report: Biggest Spenders in Men's CBB 🤑
Seeds and Odds (Las Vegas numbers not yet available)
No. 1 Syracuse: 2-to-1
If the 'Cuse come up short, it would be a huge surprise.
No. 2 Marquette: 8-to-1
The Golden Eagles are most likely to be the Orange's opponent in the title game, but they'll be hard-pressed to earn a W.
No. 3 Notre Dame: 15-to-1
The overrated Irish have some big wins this year, but it would be surprising to see them run through this tournament.
No. 4 Cincinnati: 18-to-1
The good-but-not-great Bearcats would have to play perfect.
No. 5 Georgetown: 15-to-1
The Hoyas could very easily make a run, but earning a conference title will be beyond tough.
No. 6 USF: 20-to-1
The Bulls won a lot of conference games, but lost to the teams that were simply better than them.
No. 7 Louisville: 18-to-1
The Cardinals are always dangerous, but they'd need to catch fire from deep to win.
No. 8 West Virginia: 25-to-1
Win some, lose some; the Mountaineers are just there.
Nos. 9-16 (UConn, Seton Hall, Rutgers, St. Johns, Pittsburgh, Villanova, Providence and DePaul): 35-to-1
Making a run through the Big East for first-round teams is nearly impossible. Winning five games in a row is a feat that none of these eight teams accomplished in conference play this season.
