2012 NFL Draft: St. Louis Rams and Teams Who Will Dominate Draft Day
The 2012 NFL Draft is going to be on the great side of crazy.
Teams are guaranteed to flirt with trades, swaps and last-minute handshake deals.
This year, the St. Louis Rams lead the pack.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Andrew Luck features at the top of every mock draft in the nation, but that just means there is a flurry of action right underneath the Indianapolis Colts' No. 1 pick.
From pick two and on, there is a shuffle of papers and a bevy of action taking place on every single draft board in the league.
Here are the teams that will either be big players on draft day, or just make out like bandits for their troubles.
1. St. Louis Rams
This is the most volatile team on the board and the reason is simple—Robert Griffin III.
They don't need him and every other team does.
Granted, it's not every team, but that hyperbole is not far off. The Redskins lead the pack as the most likely team to trade places with the Rams for the highly-coveted RG3.
The Browns may want Griffin as well, and may set off a domino effect that will benefit St. Louis. They could trade down, receiving great youth in the process, and still take a player they very, sorely need.
Receiver Justin Blackmon could be laying around at that time.
2. Seattle Seahawks
Yup, it seems ridiculous to think that the Seahawks could make the jump and steal some thunder all the way down at the 11 spot.
Many have picked a quarterback as the biggest need for the Seahawks, but that none will remain worth taking a shot at. However, Ryan Tannehill has emerged as a possible First Round selection. If not, there is a very real chance they could go after Robert Griffin III.
Consider that the Rams would be more amenable to trade down below the 10th spot when you think of the top-tier talent at receiver that would be available there.
Michael Floyd would entice, making Seattle a possible trade partner with St. Louis.
3. Minnesota Vikings
The Vikings need offensive line help desperately.
The only problem is that the best player on the board, Matt Kalil, has been pegged as going to the Rams who also need pass protection.
The theme of this whole article has been the Rams being a fluid and volatile team that will shape the draft.
That holds true with our third team that will make out greatly.
Riley Reiff looms as a possible second choice, but Kalil is the real star. I am more confident at this point that the will Rams deal their spot, making Kalil a future Vikings star.
