Super Bowl Commercials 2012: Which Brands Are Fans Dying to See?
The only thing more popular than the Super Bowl are the commercials that play during the big game. For some, this is actually the only reason watching the game is worthwhile. While that is fine, for most of us it just another form of entertainment on what is a great day to just sit back and enjoy the festivities.
Over the years, there have been excellent ad campaigns, and all we can do is expect bigger and better things year after year.
It is a huge task for these companies to find new ways to entertain us, while also creating a buzz about their product. For these companies, they better do a good job because we are all expecting big things this Sunday.

Anheuser-Busch
The company that is best known for producing Budweiser beer has been a staple on Super Bowl Sunday for many years. While we are all used to the Clydesdale ads of the the Budweiser campaign, it is typically the Bud Light ads that are targeted at the younger audience.
Those ads are usually filled with a lot of humor, and hardly do they ever fail. Last year's ads didn't fail, especially the one featuring the dogs working the party.
It will be exciting to see what they will come up with this time around.
Doritos
The best thing about Doritos' Super Bowl ad campaigns is that they have turned to us, the fans. They give regular people the opportunity to create their own commercials, and through voting we pick which will be the ones selected to be played during the big game.
While it does kind of take away from the surprise element, most of the time these commercials have excellent replay value.
Not only that, but it is fun to wait and see if your favorite commercial gets picked to be played.
Honda
The biggest buzz right now is about a Ferris Bueller-spinoff commercial that Honda is having. While the whole commercial has been released on the web, I am not going to link it here because it is worth the wait on Sunday.
If you don't love the Matthew Broderick flick, well, than I don't know how you can live with yourself. While many had hoped that this tease was originally going to lead to a sequel—extremely unrealistic—the ad is definitely worth the homage it is to the great comedy.
The company also tabbed comedian Jerry Seinfeld, so be ready for some great laughs and memories from Honda this Sunday.
