Rosters
The rosters for team U.S.A can be seen here, and the rosters for team World can be viewed here.
This is the third year of the International Bowl, and team U.S.A has won both times, 17-0 in Fort Lauderdale in 2010 and 21-14 in Austin last February.
Some of the top players from previous years include David Wilson, Jaxon Shipley and Tyrann Mathieu for America. For team World, Aiulua Fanene of America Samoa went to play for Arizona, Bjoern Werner of Germany went to play for Florida State and Jesse William of Australia went to play for Alabama.
On the 2012 roster of team World, only one player is headed to a Division I school, and that is David Katina, an American Samoan, and he is headed to play for the Hawaii Warriors.
Top Players for Team U.S.A
Jameis Winston, QB, Florida State
The No. 1 QB in the class of 2012 according to ESPN and Rivals, Winston has been committed to Florida State since August of 2011.
However, the 6'4", 200-pound Alabama native is receiving strong attention from Nick Saban and the Crimson Tide, and he told Rivals the he may not play in this game because of his shoulders, but he does plan to be there.
Malcom Brown, DT, Texas
Listed at 6'2", 285 pounds, Brown is the No. 2 defensive tackle in the country according to ESPN. He's been committed to play for the Longhorns since April of 2011.
Brown is a beast up front that will help anchor the Texas line for many years to come. It should be fun to watch him up against some the biggest players from around the world.
Noor Davis, LB, Stanford
Listed at 6'4", 225 pounds, Davis is the top recruit for the Stanford Cardinal, and he definitely was a huge get for David Shaw. He committed to Stanford in May of 2011.
Davis is the No. 2 linebacker according to ESPN, and No. 4 according to Rivals. He has great speed and athleticism, which will help him dominate the Pac-12.
Terry Richardson, CB, Michigan
Listed at 5'9", 160 pounds, Richardson is one of the top recruits Brady Hoke landed for his first recruiting class as Michigan's head coach. He is the fifth-best corner in the nation and No. 1 corner in the state of Michigan.
Richardson committed to Michigan in May of 2011, and what he lacks in size, he definitely makes up for in speed and his style of play. Still, though, he will need to add bulk to be truly elite at the next level.
