Lakers Player to Watch: Andrew Bynum
As good as Al Jefferson has been for the Utah Jazz, Lakers Nation has to be falling all over themselves for the kind of numbers that Bynum is putting up so far this season. With nearly 18 points a game to go with his almost 15 rebounds per game, you have what Los Angles wanted all along: the most dominant center besides Dwight Howard right now.
Jazz Player to Watch: Al Jefferson
While the Jazz may be rebuilding, there is no getting better than what they have with versatile big man Al Jefferson. This is a guy that can play at the four or five spots and will still average almost 20 points a night and nine rebounds. The battle between Bynum and Jefferson will be fantastic.
What They’re Saying
Jeremiah Jensen, anchor for SportsBeat on KSL 5 Utah, is reporting on twitter that "The Utah Jazz have done something that the Lakers haven't this season...they've won on the road. Lakers are 0-3 outside Staples."
Key Matchup: Kobe Bryant vs. Anyone Trying to Stop Him
When you scored 48 points in your last game, and have scored at least 25 in five straight games, it's hard to say that you aren't on fire. Such is the story of Kobe Bryant.
While the Jazz are full of young stars that are developing into solid players, the old man still has a few tricks up his sleeve. He will go for 30 Wednesday night.
Prediction: Lakers 105, Jazz 92
