Video: Vikings' Aaron Jones Says He Holds Kids Like a Football to Fix Fumbling Issues
After fumbling the ball five times already this season, Minnesota Vikings running back Aaron Jones is taking extreme measures to ensure he doesn't lose another ball.
He said he's started carrying his kids like a football to get practice when he's not on the field.
"Holding my kids like a football. A football ain't that heavy, so if I can them and not drop them I should be good," Jones said. "I just hold them in both hands like this and get some practice until my arms get tired."

Jones' five fumbles are tied for the most he has had in a season, and the issue has gotten especially worse recently. He lost one fumble against the Chicago Bears two weeks ago and fumbled twice against the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday, losing one of them.
Given his recent errors, focusing a bit more on securing the ball is a smart choice.
Despite the fumbles, Jones is having a terrific year in his debut season with the Vikings. He's recorded 820 rushing yards and three touchdowns along with 291 receiving yards and a pair of touchdowns through the air.
Behind solid play from Jones, Minnesota is 10-2 heading into a matchup against the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday.
