Video: Jets' Aaron Rodgers Says He Doesn't Have 'Any Regrets' About Trade to New York
Amid the New York Jets' 3-9 campaign, it's been clear that the tenure of quarterback Aaron Rodgers has not gone as planned.
However, Rodgers said during an appearance on The Pat McAfee Show on Tuesday that he wouldn't change anything about his decision to push the Green Bay Packers to trade him to the Jets, saying, "I don't have any regrets about coming to New York."

Rodgers went on to express gratitude for the relationships he's been able to build since arriving to the Jets in 2023.
"Just all the things I experienced, man, my life would be completely different and, I promise you, not as full and not as rich if I hadn't gotten traded here and been on board with this happening," he said. "Obviously, there's been a lot of ups and downs, but damn, I'm really thankful for this time and this journey."
"Ups and downs" is putting it mildly, as the Jets' acquisition of Rodgers will likely go down as one of the biggest disasters in team history. Rodgers, who turned 41 on Monday, suffered a torn Achilles just four plays into his first game in New York, ending his first year with the team before it even began. Still, there was optimism that he would be able to bounce back this year and help turn around a franchise that has struggled to get it right at the quarterback position.
Things appeared to finally be moving in a positive direction when the Jets got off to a 2-1 start. Unfortunately, Rodgers has played like a shell of his former self since then, and New York tore things down with the firings of head coach Robert Saleh and general manager Joe Douglas. With the future of Rodgers uncertain, the team will likely be searching for a new quarterback this offseason as well.
Rodgers maintained that he's yet to make a decision on his future, but he wouldn't change a thing.
"Whatever happens, again, I'm open to everything and attached to nothing, but thankful for the journey," he said.
