Jaguars' Trevor Lawrence Set to Play vs. Texans; Missed 2 Games with Shoulder Injury
Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence should be back for the team's Week 13 matchup.
Adam Schefter of ESPN reported that Lawrence "is expected to play" in the team's game against the Houston Texans after missing the team's prior two games.

Lawrence suffered a sprained left shoulder on Nov. 3 against the Philadelphia Eagles and has not played since. Mac Jones took the reigns in Lawrence's absence, with Jacksonville dropping both games.
Prior to suffering the injury, Lawrence had thrown for 2,004 yards with 11 touchdowns and six interceptions while leading the Jaguars to a 2-7 start.
He reflected on his recovery earlier in the week and acknowledged that he was considering surgery to correct the issue.
"I think [the sprained AC joint] has been a pretty difficult thing to gauge, honestly, of what's the best path forward," Lawrence said on Wednesday, per Michael DiRocco of ESPN. "[Surgery is] definitely something that I'm considering and not off the table at all. It's something that we're going to have to just [approach] truly day-by-day, week-by-week.
However, Schefter's report seems to indicate that he will at least give it a try on Sunday to see if he can proceed without further medical intervention.
