Who Stood Out?

Even with the plethora of talented players on the field there were a few recruits who stood out above the rest.

Alabama commit RB T.J. Yeldon not once but twice electrified the crowd by hurdling would-be tacklers during runs after the catch.

A&M commit Bralon Addison showed great body control during a 37-yard reception.

Dorial Green-Beckam had two catches for 88 yards including a U.S. Army All-Amercan Bowl-record 79-yard touchdown reception.

Cal pledge safety Shaq Thompson had five tackles with two tackles for loss and was very active.

Defensive back Yuri Wright had five tackles and a sack.

The Latest with DL Arik Armstead

2 of 6

Depending on which scouting service you like, Armstead is ranked as the No. 1 or No. 2 overall recruit in the nation.

Armstead said he is taking his time and still considering all of his options right now. He is still looking at Oregon, Cal, Notre Dame, Auburn and Texas. Armstead has visited Notre Dame, Oregon and Cal but may take another visit.

"I may take one more visit in the next couple of days, but if not then I won't take any more visits," Armstead said. "I am either going to visit Texas or Auburn, I have no favorites right now."

Although he is athletic enough to play on both sides of the ball, Armstead wants to play defensive tackle in college.

Is Trey Williams Still Committed to A&M?

3 of 6

Trey Williams flashed his game-breaking speed against the East team.

He only had five yards rushing on four carries but had a 85-yard touchdown run called back for a hold that was not near the play. He returned two kickoffs for 68 yards.

Williams was honored to get to participate in the game.

"Being out here and representing the Army is great," Williams said. "I just thank God for being out here every day. I'm still representing the state of Texas and representing Texas A&M."

Williams said he is going to take a few visits now that his season is over.

"I plan on visiting Arkansas and Texas A&M," Williams said. "I'm going to Texas A&M on January 13 and Arkansas on January 20. It may change, I have to see but it is what it is. I may go to visit Oregon, we just have to see."

Where Is DL Javonte Magee Looking?

4 of 6

Javonte Magee said he is still considering three schools.

"I am looking at Baylor, Texas A&M and Missouri," McGee said."I have taken one visit to Baylor and will probably take another one. I have also taken visits to A&M and Missouri."

McGee said that he will likely commit before signing day.

"I might commit a little bit earlier than signing day but I do not know yet," McGee said.

The 6'5" 262-pound defensive end from San Antonio's Sam Houston High School would be a great addition to any of the three programs listed above.

It appears right now that he is leaning towards Art Briles and the Baylor Bears.

Dorial Green-Beckam Is Still Up in the Air

5 of 6

The top receiver in the nation and top overall recruit according to some is still undecided about where he is going to play college football.

Dorial Green-Beckam showed everyone why he is considered the top receiver in the nation on a 79-yard touchdown catch and run against the East defense. Now all he has to do is pick a team.

"My top five right now are Arkansas, Oklahoma, Alabama, Texas and Missouri," Green-Beckam said. "All five schools are equal to me so I just have to see what happens on February 1."

Green-Beckam plans to visit one more school.

"I am probably going to take one visit in January to Arkansas," Green-Beckam said. "The only other visit I have taken was Texas."

Green-Beckam was impressed with the talent he saw in San Antonio.

"The best player I went up against was Yuri Wright," said Green-Beckam. "Everyone I went up against this week was pretty good, otherwise they would not be here. These guys are getting me ready for next year."

Green-Beckam plans to make his decision on signing day.
