NFL Exec: Packers' Jordan Love's 'Short-Circuit' Moments Compares to Early Josh Allen
Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love has dealt with turnover problems in 2024, but it may not be a cause for concern in the midst of the team's 8-3 start to the season.
One executive compared Love's growing pains to Buffalo Bills star Josh Allen.
"I like Jordan Love," the executive told The Athletic's Mike Sando. "Something makes him short-circuit still, and that is just a growing pain you are going to have to live with. It's like some of the stuff Josh Allen went with early on."

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮
It's worth noting that the 26-year-old has been hampered by health issues this season, missing two games with a knee injury and making multiple appearances on Green Bay's injury report due to a groin injury.
Still, Love's 11 interceptions are tied for the second-most among all quarterbacks this season. Seattle Seahawks quarterback Geno Smith, the league-leader, has attempted 125 more passes than the Packers signal-caller.
Love's risky throws have also paid off on several occasions, as he's racked up 18 touchdown passes and is averaging a career-high 249.3 yards per game through the air.
As for Allen, he also experienced turnover woes early in his career as a starter. Through his first two seasons in the NFL, the Bills passer recorded 30 touchdown throws compared to 21 interceptions in 28 appearances.
Allen broke out in his third season, amassing 37 touchdowns through the air and earning the first Pro Bowl nod of his career.
While Love hasn't been flawless on the field, his turnover issues might not be a long-term issue that impacts his ceiling as a player.
