Brett Favre Reacts to Jordan Love Tribute After Packers Icon's Parkinson's Diagnosis
Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love got a shout-out from a franchise legend before Sunday's game against the Minnesota Vikings.
Love arrived at Lambeau Field wearing a Brett Favre jersey in a show support for the Hall of Famer, who testified before Congress this week he has been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease.
"I didn't think I could like Jordan anymore until this morning," Favre said of the gesture.

In an interview conducted before his testimony and recently published, Favre told TMZ Sports he was diagnosed with the disorder in January. He had grown concerned and sought medical advice he was unable to control his right arm at times.
"I felt my arm," he said. "The strength was there, but I could not guide it. And it was the most frustrating thing."
Favre said he doesn't have a family history of Parkinson's disease, which led the specialists he met with to conclude it may stem from the head trauma he experienced throughout his football career.
The 54-year-old said in a 2022 interview he thought he might've suffered "thousands" of concussions on the field based on what we know are the common symptoms. Research has shown that experiencing traumatic brain injury such as a concussion increases one's chances of being diagnosed with Parkinson's disease.
Favre spent 20 seasons in the NFL and set an NFL record by making 297 consecutive starts. His 302 appearances are tied for 10th-most all time in the league.
Favre and the Packers didn't separate on the best of terms in 2008, when he was traded to the New York Jets. They've long since mended fences, allowing the three-time MVP receive his proper status as a Green Bay icon in retirement.
The Packers retired Favre's No. 4 jersey and inducted him into their Hall of Fame in 2015.
