DeMarcus Lawrence: Cowboys Will Be Fine Once We Stop Playing 'Little League Football'
The Dallas Cowboys fell to 1-2 after Sunday's 28-25 loss to the Baltimore Ravens, but veteran edge rusher DeMarcus Lawrence isn't worried.
Lawrence told reporters that he believes the Cowboys haven't been playing to the best of their abilities and they will get back on track once they do so.
"Once we get out of playing little league football and get back to playing pro football, we'll be alright," he said.

The Cowboys allowed 456 yards of offense to the Ravens, 274 of which came from a rushing attack led by running back Derrick Henry's 151 yards and two touchdowns. Star quarterback Lamar Jackson also accounted for 87 rushing yards and a score in addition to 182 passing yards and a touchdown through the air.
Meanwhile, Dallas was one-dimensional on offense, with quarterback Dak Prescott throwing 51 passes and completing 28 of them for 379 yards and two touchdowns. The Cowboys ran the ball just 16 times for 51 yards with Prescott scoring the team's lone rushing touchdown.
Prescott also lamented the current mindset of the team, telling reporters he and his teammates need to be better about "being a pro." He revealed that Dallas didn't practice well on Thursday, including himself.
"Got to be a lot more focus," Prescott added.
The Cowboys have to figure things out quickly, as they will be back in action on Thursday Night Football in an NFC East matchup against the New York Giants. Lawrence said he's confident that the team will be able to turn things around and end its early-season slump.
"We've got the guys to do it, so that ain't the problem. It's just all about f--king doing it," he said. "We'll get it done."
