NFL Rumors: Vikings' Jordan Addison Not Believed to Have 'Major' Ankle Injury
The Minnesota Vikings do not believe wide receiver Jordan Addison's ankle injury is "major," according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
Addison is set to undergo more tests on Monday after being sidelined for the fourth quarter of Sunday's season opener against the New York Giants, per Rapoport.

Addison appeared to walk to the medical tent under his own power with 10 minutes left in the third quarter before the Vikings ruled him out for the rest of the game. He had three catches for 35 yards prior to the injury.
It was not immediately clear if Sunday's exit was related to the previous sprain he suffered during an Aug. 14 practice, during which he was carted off to the locker room.
Addison told reporters before Week 1 the August injury had been "nothing serious."
"I've had them plenty of times," Addison said after being listed as "questionable" on the Viking's Thursday injury report, per Dane Mizutani of the Pioneer Press. "As soon as it happened, I'm like, 'I already know what it is. It ain't no biggie.' I already knew I was going to be back for Week 1. It wasn't nothing serious."
Addison added: "I'm feeling great. I'm 100 percent."
He was then listed as a full participant on the team's Friday injury report prior to making his season debut on Sunday.
Addison stepped up for the Vikings amid star wideout Justin Jefferson's hamstring injury during his rookie 2023 season, making 14 starts while recording 70 catches for 911 yards and 10 touchdowns.
After K.J. Osborn left to join the New England Patriots this offseason, Addison entered his second NFL campaign as the clear No. 2 receiver behind Jefferson.
If Addison is forced to miss any time, the Vikings could give more targets to backup wide receiver Jalen Nailor, who caught a touchdown pass from quarterback Sam Darnold during Sunday's season opener.
