NFL Fans Discuss Dak, Tua, Jordan Love's Value After Trevor Lawrence's $275m Contract
Trevor Lawrence's massive contract announcement on Thursday led to some speculation regarding the possible extensions of other quarterbacks around the league.
The Jacksonville Jaguars handed Lawrence a five-year deal worth $275 million, putting him in a tie with Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow as the highest-paid player in the NFL on an average annual basis at $55 million per year (h/t Over The Cap).

With Lawrence locked up, fans shifted their focus towards a group of quarterbacks that haven't been given long-term extensions from their teams just yet. This includes Dak Prescott of the Dallas Cowboys, Tua Tagovailoa from the Miami Dolphins, and the Green Bay Packers' Jordan Love.
As Prescott is entering the final year of his current deal with Dallas, he told reporters on May 22 that "I don't play for money" and could end up playing out the remainder of his contract without an extension (via Patrik Walker of the team's official website).
Meanwhile, Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel confirmed to the media on June 5 that Tagovailoa's representatives and Miami's front office were in the process of negotiating a contract.
Things appear to be trending in a positive direction with Love, who responded with a simple "yes" when asked on Tuesday if he was optimistic about potentially receiving a new deal before training camp starts on July 22 (per Matt Schneidman of The Athletic).
With Lawrence's contract extension official, the clock is ticking for several other quarterbacks that are searching for a long-term deal before the season begins.
