Joe Alt, Olu Fashanu at 2024 NFL Combine: Measurements, Highlights and Reaction
The final day of the NFL Scouting Combine took place on Sunday as offensive linemen took the field to go through their workouts and try to up their draft stock.
Penn State's Olu Fashanu and Notre Dame's Joe Alt were the premier players in action on Sunday. Fashanu is considered to be the No. 5 prospect and the top offensive lineman in this year's draft class by Bleacher Report's Scouting Department, and Alt is just behind him at No. 6.
Unfortunately for Fashanu, his day was cut short by a thigh injury, but he will have the chance to work out in front of scouts again at his pro day on March 15.

Before the injury, he got the chance to show off his athleticism in the 40-yard dash, 10-yard split, vertical jump and broad jump.
Fashanu posted a 5.11 40-yard dash, 1.77 10-yard split, 32" vertical jump and 9'1" broad jump.
Alt had an impressive day at the combine, reassuring scouts that he's worth taking with a top pick. He recorded a 5.05 40-yard dash, 1.73 10-yard split, 28" vertical and 9'4" broad jump. He reached a top speed of 14.14 mph at the 5-yard split, which was the fastest of any offensive linemen on Sunday.
Fashanu and Alt were the top names to watch for on Sunday, but there were some impressive performances elsewhere too.
Wisconsin center Tanor Bortolini had the fastest 40-yard dash time of the offensive linemen at 4.94 and turned some heads with a big showing at the combine.
Georgia offensive tackle Amarius Mims, who is considered to be the No. 28 prospect and the No. 4 offensive lineman by Bleacher Report's Scouting Report, had a big day on Sunday. At 6'8", 340 pounds, Mims' movement at his size impressed fans.
Some impressive showings from offensive linemen made this year's draft even more interesting, and it won't be a surprise to see some of Sunday's participants off the board early.
Now that the combine has concluded, prospects will partake in their pro days in the coming weeks and look to raise their draft stock ahead of the NFL draft, which will being April 25.
