Elizabeth "Lisa" Lopez-Galvan was identified as the person who was killed in the shooting, per CNN's Alaa Elassar.
"We are heartbroken with the loss of our loved one, Elizabeth 'Lisa' Lopez-Galvan, who was an amazing mother, wife, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend to so many," the Lopez-Galvan family said in a statement.
The family also told Elassar three other family members, including Lopez-Galvan's son, were injured in the shooting.
Shots were fired near the end of the rally that was held in downtown Kansas City to celebrate the Chiefs winning their second straight Super Bowl.
Kansas City Police Chief Stacey Graves said Thursday the shooting appeared to stem from a dispute among several people. Three suspects were initially taken into custody, with one being an adult who was released from custody.
Two juveniles remain in police custody. No charges have been filed against them at this point, but the Jackson County Prosecutor's Office told Makenzie Koch and Malik Jackson of Fox 4 in Kansas City the two suspects will be charged if and when they are certified to stand trial as adults.
The total number of victims in the shooting is 23, including Lopez-Galvan. Kansas City Fire Chief Ross Grundyson said eight of the victims were critically hurt and seven are in serious condition.
The GoFundMe page was set up with an initial goal of $75,000 to help provide financial support to Lopez-Galvan's family. It has raised over $180,000 from more than 1,500 donations since Thursday.
