Quarterback
1 of 5
Dallas Cowboys QB Dak Prescott ($7,400)
Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott faces a tough matchup against the Eagles, but he's primed for a strong showing amid what has been a solid season.
The division rivals previously met on Nov. 5, with the Birds claiming a 28-23 win at Lincoln Financial Field, but Prescott was still impressive in that matchup, completing 29 of 44 passes for 374 yards and three touchdowns, in addition to rushing for 14 yards.
Now the battle shifts to the Big D, where Prescott has been lights out this year.
In his last two games at home, Prescott has thrown for 630 yards and seven touchdowns with no interceptions. He should only continue the trend against Philadelphia.
The Eagles also have one of the worst pass defenses in the NFL, allowing 260.3 passing yards per game. Additionally, the team is allowing 24 points per game.
San Francisco 49ers QB Brock Purdy ($6,500)
San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy has been one of the best in the NFL this season and he is firmly in contention for the MVP award after leading the Niners to a massive 42-19 victory over the Eagles in Week 13.
Purdy now heads into a Week 14 matchup against the Seattle Seahawks, and there's a number of reasons to like the second-year quarterback in this game, especially at the price.
Seattle's pass defense has been subpar this season as it is allowing 234.4 yards per game. Additionally, the Seahawks are allowing 24.2 points per game, which doesn't bode well for their chances against Purdy and the 49ers.
The 49ers and Seahawks last met on Nov. 23, and San Francisco won 31-13 as Purdy completed 21 of 30 passes for 209 yards and one touchdown against one interception.
Furthermore, Purdy has been solid at home this season and has been even more impressive over his last two home games against the Cincinnati Bengals and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He threw for 698 yards and four touchdowns against two interceptions across those two matchups.
Green Bay Packers QB Jordan Love ($6,100)
After a rough start to the season, Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love is really beginning to look like a franchise quarterback.
The Packers have won three straight games, and it's largely thanks to Love. Two of those wins came against the Chiefs and Detroit Lions.
Over the last three games, Love has completed 68.5 percent of his passes for 857 yards and eight touchdowns with no interceptions, in addition to rushing for 49 yards.
Love is riding a hot streak, and now he's going up against a New York Giants squad that has struggled mightily this season.
The Giants are allowing 228.3 passing yards and 24.3 points per game and they now have to attempt to stop one of the hottest offenses in the NFL in Love and the Packers.
Considering how well Love has played over the last few weeks, he could be a solid option for DFS players.
Running Back
2 of 5
Los Angeles Chargers RB Austin Ekeler ($7,600)
Los Angeles Chargers running back Austin Ekeler has a solid matchup this week against the Denver Broncos.
Ekeler is one of the most versatile running backs in the NFL, and he should thrive against a Denver defense that has been particularly poor against the run.
The Broncos are allowing 149.7 rushing yards per game, which is the most in the NFL, and they're also allowing 235.6 passing yards and 25.2 points per game.
Ekeler hasn't been as effective this season, rushing for just 446 yards and four touchdowns in nine games, in addition to catching 31 passes for 295 yards and one score.
However, he should have a big role against the Broncos, which bodes well for his DFS numbers.
Detroit Lions RB David Montgomery ($6,400)
Detroit Lions star David Montgomery has been one of the most consistent running backs in the NFL this season, so there's seemingly never a bad week to add him to a DFS lineup.
The 26-year-old has rushed for 704 yards and 10 touchdowns in nine games, in addition to catching nine passes for 87 yards.
Montgomery has rushed for at least 56 yards and one touchdown in each of his last four games, so backing him against the Bears on Sunday would be a good idea for DFS players and sports bettors alike.
When the Lions and Bears last played on Nov. 19, Montgomery rushed for 76 yards and one touchdown on 12 carries and also caught two passes for 22 yards.
Cincinnati Bengals RB Joe Mixon ($6,100)
With Joe Burrow out for the year and Jake Browning now under center, Cincinnati Bengals running back Joe Mixon should only continue to eat.
The 27-year-old faces a favorable matchup against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday. The Indianapolis defense is allowing 133.3 rushing yards per game, 222.1 passing yards per game and 24.7 points per game.
Additionally, Mixon is coming off an impressive performance against the Jacksonville Jaguars in which he rushed for 68 yards and two touchdowns and also caught six passes for 49 yards.
Mixon should continue to be relied heavily upon to close out the season, which means the value is certainly there for DFS players.
Wide Receiver
3 of 5
Dallas Cowboys WR CeeDee Lamb ($9,000)
Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb has been unstoppable this season, and he enters Sunday's matchup against the Eagles having caught 90 passes for 1,182 yards and seven touchdowns in 12 games.
With the Eagles struggling to defend the pass this season, adding Lamb is a no-brainer for DFS players.
Lamb has been one of the most consistent receivers in the NFL this year, recording at least 50 receiving yards in nine games and posting more than 100 receiving yards in six games.
Additionally, the 24-year-old put together his best game of the season against Philadelphia on Nov. 5, catching 11 passes for 191 yards on 16 targets.
Considering Lamb was targeted a whopping 16 times in their first meeting and recorded nearly 200 yards, it's safe to say he's going to be a force to be reckoned with this weekend, especially on his home turf.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers WR Mike Evans ($7,700)
Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans continues to be one of the top wideouts in the NFL.
The 30-year-old has caught 61 passes for 1,012 yards and 10 touchdowns in 12 games this season. He has recorded at least 1,000-plus receiving yards in each of his 10 NFL seasons, which is remarkable.
In a big NFC South matchup against the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday, Evans is going to need to put together one of his best performances of the season if the Bucs hope to remain in contention for the division title.
The last time these two teams met, Evans caught six passes for 82 yards and one touchdown on eight targets in a 16-13 loss.
Evans has recorded at least 39 receiving yards in each game this season, and his consistency is what makes him a valuable asset for DFS players.
Denver Broncos WR Courtland Sutton ($6,100)
Denver Broncos wide receiver Courtland Sutton is trending up as the team has surged to a 6-6 record following a 1-5 start to the year, and he figures to be an impact player on Sunday against a Chargers defense that has been abysmal.
The Chargers are allowing 265.8 passing yards per game, which is the second-most in the NFL, in addition to allowing 21.5 points per game.
Sutton has developed a strong connection with quarterback Russell Wilson over the last five games, catching 19 passes for 286 yards and four touchdowns. He's also coming off one of his best performances of the season in a loss to the Houston Texans in which he caught two passes for 77 yards and one score.
Sutton should be a difficult cover for the Los Angeles cornerbacks, setting him up for a big day.
Tight End
4 of 5
Minnesota Vikings TE TJ Hockenson ($6,000)
Minnesota Vikings tight end TJ Hockenson continues to be a reliable target for quarterback Josh Dobbs, and that should be no different on Sunday against the Las Vegas Raiders.
Dobbs has started Minnesota's last three games, and Hockenson has caught 20 passes for 239 yards and two touchdowns on 28 targets in that span. He's up to 80 catches for 786 yards and five scores in 12 games this season.
Coming off their bye week, the Vikings should be refreshed and ready to face a Las Vegas squad that has disappointed this season.
The Raiders are allowing 216.8 passing yards per game and have even allowed the most mediocre of quarterbacks to rack up yardage against them this season.
For example, New York Jets signal-caller Zach Wilson threw for 263 yards in a Nov. 12 matchups against Las Vegas. Wilson's tight end in that matchup, Tyler Conklin, caught seven passes for 70 yards.
Detroit Lions TE Sam LaPorta ($5,900)
Lions rookie tight end Sam LaPorta has been one of the best and most consistent at his position this season, and he's due for a big game against the Bears on Sunday after being limited in their previous meeting.
In a Nov. 19 matchup between the Lions and Bears, LaPorta caught three passes for 18 yards on five targets, and he's bound to put together a better performance in their second meeting on Sunday.
LaPorta is coming off his best performance of the season in a win over the New Orleans Saints. He caught nine passes for 140 yards and one touchdown on nine targets.
That said, look for LaPorta to keep the momentum rolling this weekend against the Bears.
Jacksonville Jaguars TE Evan Engram ($4,800)
Jacksonville Jaguars tight end Evan Engram has had a solid season, but he should pick up some more targets this weekend against the Cleveland Browns, even if Trevor Lawrence is ruled out with an ankle injury.
After Lawrence injured his ankle in a loss to the Bengals on Monday, backup C.J. Beathard targeted Engram four times. He caught all four passes to finish with nine catches for 82 yards and a touchdown.
So if Lawrence is out, Engram could end up being Beathard's top target.
Even so, the Jags lost one of their best receivers on Monday in a loss to the Bengals as Christian Kirk injured a core muscle and is expected to undergo surgery. With Kirk sidelined against the Browns, Engram figures to put together a big game.
In 12 games this season, Engram has caught 73 passes for 606 yards and one score.
Defense/Special Teams
5 of 5
San Francisco 49ers D/ST ($3,700)
The 49ers boast one of the scariest defenses in the NFL, and there's plenty of reason to like San Francisco's D heading into a matchup against the Seahawks.
When these two teams met just a few weeks ago, Seahawks quarterback Geno Smith was limited to just 180 passing yards and one interception while the team's leading rusher was Zach Charbonnet with 47 yards.
Not much has changed for Seattle since then, meaning the 49ers should be in line to put together a repeat performance.
Cleveland Browns D/ST ($3,000)
The Browns have had one of the best defenses in the NFL this season, allowing just 153.4 passing yards per game and 107.1 rushing yards per game.
Cleveland now faces a Jacksonville team that is on a short week and could be without starting quarterback Trevor Lawrence due to a high ankle sprain suffered in Monday's loss to the Bengals.
C.J. Beathard is in line to start if Lawrence is unavailable but even if the Clemson product plays on an injured ankle, Jacksonville's outlook doesn't look great.
Kansas City Chiefs D/ST ($2,600)
The Chiefs face a tough matchup against the Bills, but it's going to be difficult for Buffalo to walk into a hostile Arrowhead Stadium and come out with a win.
There's plenty of reason to like Kansas City's defense on Sunday, primarily because Bills quarterback Josh Allen has been a turnover machine this season.
Allen has tossed 13 interceptions through 12 games and has thrown at least one pick in each of his last eight games. Teams that don't have particularly good defenses have been able to pick off Allen, so the Chiefs should be able to get something going on defense this weekend.
