NFL Standings 2023-24: Week 14 Records, Playoff Scenarios, Wild Card Review
Just five weeks remain in the 2023 version of the NFL regular season.
Virtually nothing has been decided for the postseason ahead. Well, nothing other than the fact the Carolina Panthers officially won't be a part of it.
All playoff races are too closes to call, which will only add to the excitement for the upcoming stretch run.

There could have been a four-team tie atop this conference, but both the Chiefs and Jaguars fumbled their chances in Week 13. Kansas City started slow and never recovered in its 27-19 loss in Green Bay. Jacksonville had a disastrous Monday night, falling in overtime against a Joe Burrow-less Cincinnati squad and losing quarterback Trevor Lawrence to an ankle injury late in the contest.
So, the road out of the AFC runs through Miami for now. In order to keep it that way, the Dolphins must do something it's seldom done this season: beat good teams. From Weeks 16 through 18, Miami will face Dallas, Baltimore and Buffalo, so if the Dolphins stick at No. 1, they will have earned it.
Of course, the road is even more daunting for the Ravens. They have the toughest remaining schedule of anyone, per Tankathon.com, as all five of their opponents have .500-or-better winning percentages.
On the opposite end of things, the defending Super Bowl champion Chiefs have a cake walk ahead. They don't face anyone with a winning record the rest of the way, and the two .500 teams left on their schedule are the Bills and the Bengals, who have each lost three of their last four games.

Had the Eagles handled the 49ers at home Sunday, they would've been in a great spot to lock up the No. 1 seed.
Even after its humbling 42-19 defeat, though, Philadelphia still controls its destiny.
The Eagles have another colossal contest this Sunday, as they'll travel to Dallas for a date with the Cowboys, but if they win that game, it should be smooth sailing beyond that. Philly's closing stretch from Week 15 to 18 includes a road game in Seattle, home and away games with the New York Giants and a visit from the Cardinals. It's one of the softest closing stretches around.
The 49ers, meanwhile, will have a Christmas night visit from the Ravens, but that's the only remaining game that looks particularly daunting. The Lions face the Vikings twice and the Cowboys on the road, so they need to keep the pedal floored. The Cowboys have the hardest remaining schedule of any NFC team with the Eagles, Bills, Dolphins and Lions still all on the docket.
