Fantasy Football Week 16 Start 'Em, Sit 'Em: Musts, Trusts and Busts

After an extremely rough start to the beginning of the 2011 season, Philip Rivers has thrown for eight touchdowns and zero interceptions over San Diego’s last four games.
Rivers is red hot, and for his fantasy owners, it couldn’t have come at a better time.
Come Saturday, the Rivers led San Diego Chargers offense will find itself behind enemy lines in front of a raucous sold-out Ford Field crowd.
Fortunately for Rivers’ fantasy owners, the injury-riddled Detroit Lions defense has given up the most fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks over the last five weeks. And with talented safety Louis Delmas going under the knife, it isn't looking very promising for Detroit.
After seeing what Rivers did last week against the historically stingy Baltimore Ravens defense, it’s hard to bet against him.
I myself, like most, sold high on Philip Rivers after his slow start. In hindsight, it could be a move that cost me the 2011 fantasy football crown.
After his departure, he bounced around to a couple of other teams before finally ending up on my mortal rival’s roster—a rival who I now find myself locked in against for the league's championship.
Shhhhhhh, if you don’t say anything I wont.
He should have checked the MTB formula before making any rash decisions.
