Alright fight fans, we are just about there to the biggest fight of the year the rubber match between the number one pound for pound fighter in the world and the face of boxing, Manny Pacquiao and his long time (in the ring) nemesis, the great Mexican warrior Juan Manuel Marquez.
I will be live in Las Vegas where all the action will take place this weekend at the world famous MGM Grand covering the fight and updating this live blog from ringside and the media center on Saturday night.

The weigh-in will be at 3:00 PM Pacific Time. Freddy Roach arrives first by himself.
He mentions Manny was suffering from cramps that made him flat footed and in his arches and calves and thats what was bothering his performance but he says we don't make excuses.
Roach was feels they must fight JMM one more time before taking on Mayweather
Pacquiao is getting his cut looked at by the doctors and is running late to the post fight conference.
Arum is saying JMM had a 5 million guarantee and will get the upside of PPV and will most likely make 10 million for this fight.
Arum is asked if he saw UFC he says he's not a fan media laughs.
MGM Grand was sold out tonight 16,368 official total of people in attendance.
JMM is answering the media in English and doing a decent job. He was asked if he'll protest the decision to WBO and he just laughs it off and says no he doesn't do those types of things. What a class act.
Many journalists are stating they had him winning tonight and it seems he is content with the approval.
He is saying retirement is likely but he is also open to a 4th fight with Pacquiao as well.
He ends saying again it was a robbery.
First thing Arum says to kick off the post fight conference is someone from the Mexican press tell the WBC president he's a F'n a-hole cause he said Marquez was washed up and a joke at this point to make this fight.
Tim Bradley, Robert Guerrero are the only fighters I see in this crowded post fight conference.
Guerrero felt Marquez won easily.
Bradley was more PR with his responses.

It was close indeed. Emmanuel Steward explaining Juan may have been to conservative and did not "TAKE THE CHAMPIONSHIP".
Again close fight I had it 7-5 rounds for Pacquiao not exactly the robbery the JMM fans are crying.
We are now in the post fight conference. Waiting for the fighters to arrive. Manny is still in the ring doing the post fight ring interviews.

I personally have it 7 rounds to 5 for the champion Manny Pacquiao.
Again these are all pretty much close rounds.
Manny's speed and clean punches landed usually with a 1-2 vs Juan's big hard shots mostly upper cuts and single body shot one at a time.

Marquez is holding back thinks he has the fight won.
Manny is winning on activity alone.
Manny's mouth piece comes out crowd boos loud cause Tony halts the fight.
Juan finally opens up but it may be too late.

Pacquiao lands big body shot and big shot upstairs.

Juan lands hard on Manny's face crowd goes OOOH!
Manny lands a 1-2.
They clash heads, Manny's head is bleeding and it seems to bother him a bit.
Juan's round landed the biggest punch.
Round 9:
This round had the most exchanges. Pacquiao had the visibly harder landed cleaner punches of the two.

Manny has been on cruise control the last couple of rounds and seemed to have woke up this round.
Most exciting round as well!

Close round again. Juan is still landing the same upper cut with no answer.
Manny ends the round straight down the middle trying to steal the round.

Round 7: was good round for Juan landing to the body and upper cuts.

Juan jabs and lands. Manny still waiting?
Big body shots by Juan causes Manny to step back.
Manny lands a left.
Juan fires back with right.
Manny with a right hook.

Close round but Juan landed more and wanted it more in my eyes.

Followed by a left and right spread out through out the round.
Manny is being very economical with his punches but still landing clean.

Juan lands up the middle again. Manny's guard seems to be open wide for that shot.

Hard right hook by Pacquiao followed by another hard shot.

Still a tactical round for both fighters.
Manny leans in Marquez counters.
Marquez lands body shot and upper cut partially blocked.
Pacquiao answers late in the round with 2 lefts and a big right hook.
Close round but the champion probably edges it.

Round 1: Manny is respectful and intelligent this time around not going for the early KO.
Manny's superior speed is evident. Manny lands clean precise punches hard but conservative.

One thing different about this ring entrance this time is Manny's team walks into the ring first and Manny follows several seconds later? Very strange? Did he forget something last minute in he locker room?
