Lukas Fabianski: 7.5: Some amazing saves that no doubt impressed Wenger. A solid Captain as well, must be dangerously close with Almunia for starting keeper.
Gavin Hoyte: 7: Looked good in attack but was almost caught out in the defence a couple of times. A Solid right-back.
Alexandre Song: 7.5: Was solid at his second choice position and pulled of a number of fine interceptions.
Johan Djourou: 8: Cleared everything that came at him and set up Carlos Vela's goal. Must be close to first choice center half.
Kieran Gibbs: 8: Should have scored but saw his shot blocked. Did all that he needed to in attack and defence, a solid player
Jack Wilshere: 9.5: Wenger's new wonder-kid won the Man of the match and is still only 16. Great balance and composure.
Aaron Ramsey: 9: Showed great strength and skill. Another who is dangerously close to first team call up.
Mark Randall: 7.5: Started well and looked solid but was too uninvolved towards the end
Fran Merida: 9: Has a huge future and has all the traits of a stunning midfielder.
Jay Simpson: 9: His first start for the club and he didn't disappoint—two great goals, looks a fine player.
Carlos Vela: 9: A smiling star who played a great game, scored a beautiful goal, and could of scored more. Huge Future.
Substitutes:
Amuary Bischoff: 6: Has been hampered by injury but looked like a player with potential.
Henri Laurnsby: 6: Replaced Simpson but didn't do anything magical.
