Mauricio "Shogun" Rua, Urijah "The California Kid" Faber, and Eddie Wineland performed workouts for the media in Newark, New Jersey in preparation for their upcoming fights at UFC 128 on March 19th.

Rua demonstrated kicking power. Faber demonstrated hand speed. Wineland showcased dynamic striking.

Preparing for one of the biggest cards of the year, the UFC stars put on a show, exemplifying their status as some of the best trained athletes in the world.
