Emily Maynard: Could She Be Nascar's Secret Weapon?
Spoiler alert, if you are a fan of the Bachelor 15 and are unaware of the internet rumors then stop reading now!
Bachelor Brad Womack is closer to determining who he will choose. Emily Maynard appears to be the favorite. She has swept the hearts of America with her touching story of losing the love of her life, NASCAR’s Ricky Hendrick, in a tragic plane accident.
The story has another enduring quality, almost a week after Ricky’s death, Emily found out she was pregnant with their child, a girl.
Emily has captured the hearts of both men and women. Her outer beauty is coupled with an equally beautiful inner character. She has conducted herself on the show with grace, kindness and a sweetness that makes her America’s new sweetheart.
But internet rumors and gossip are already reporting that Emily Maynard does not win and that Chantel O’Brien is Brad’s choice.
Sources like Reality Steve were wrong during last season’s show, The Bachelorette, in which they reported that Ali Fedotowsky picked no one. They were proven wrong when during the last rose ceremony of the show, Ali picked Roberto Martinez. The two are still engaged and are planning a wedding.
This time around, the internet rumors seem to be saying that their sources are right and that Emily Maynard does not win the heart of Brad Womack. This could be the best news for NASCAR.
Already, there is talk of Emily Maynard becoming the next Bachelorette. ABC and NASCAR should push hard for this to happen. Emily will not only go on to be one of the most popular Bachelorettes, she will also give NASCAR more national exposure.
Professional bull rider Ty Murray competed on season eight of Dancing with the Stars and publicly stated that his appearance gave professional bull riding exposure that it never had before. Without question, Emily Maynard as the Bachelorette would give NASCAR a similar boost.
If the rumors are true, then NASCAR needs to push hard for Emily to be the next Bachelorette. She will give them free advertising for months and put NASCAR in the national spotlight.
