Serie A: FC Inter Milan Signs Striker Giampaolo Pazzini From UC Sampdoria
The European champions FC Internazionale Milan have signed striker Giampaolo Pazzini from UC Sampdoria.
The price tag for the deal (a contract until 2015) is €13 million. The deal was made possible after sending forward Jonathan Biabany to UC Sampdoria.
The deal comes in time for the upcoming match between FC Inter Milan and FC Bayern Munchen in the UEFA Champions League.

Giampaolo Pazzini was born in Pescia, Italy on August 2, 1984 and started his football career with Atalanta.
He continued to play for other clubs in Italy such as Fiorentina and Sampdoria before signing with FC Inter Milan.
Pazzini also played for the Italian national football team he represented in the 2010 World Cup. He is currently participating in the Euro 2012 qualifying match for Italy.
He has scored 78 goals within 264 appearances in his career with Serie A. Pazzini also scored six goals in 36 appearances with the Italian national football team.
Giampaolo Pazzini has wasted no time in expressing his contentment for being with FC Inter Milan. He saluted the FC Inter Milan supporters and expressed a desire to get started as soon as possible.
It remains to be seen what will transpire.
