He arrives in Russia after playing for FC CSKA Sofia and FC Slavia Sofia in Bulgaria. His roster is filled with clubs from different parts of the world.

The result was that it never materialized and he was sent to FC CSKA Sofia on a lease basis. He left his mark on the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa as a goal keeper for the Algerian National Team.

He participated in the controversial games between his country (he holds French and Algerian citizenship) and England as well as the United States of America..
