Where Should Johri Fogerson Play for the Washington Huskies?

With the Huskies having a reported seven scholarship players at the tailback position, Johri Fogerson might not end up playing his favorite position.
Last year at O'Dea High School, Johri had a record- breaking season, capped off by his unforgettable performance at the 3A state title game vs. Skyline, where he racked up a record 297 rushing yards.
In the same game, he had several hard hits on the other side of the ball, punishing Skyline receivers and running backs alike while playing the Safety position.
College scouts recruiting him in high school have noted that he'd be better at the Safety position. He doesn't have the explosive speed of a college running back.
Right now it is a total mystery what Tyrone Willingham and his staff at Washington will decide to do with the talented athlete. From a recent Times' article:
""Fogerson says he'd like to stay at running back and for now, UW coaches say a move hasn't been discussed. But at some point, choices will have to be made.""
I have a feeling that the Dawgs are going to use Fogerson at the Safety position as a backup. But then again standouts Mesphin Forrester, Jason Wells, and Nate Williams are already back there.
If I were the UW coaches I would be looking to develop Johri's running game and keeping the already good depth at the tailback position.
So where does Johri belong? Running Back? Safety? Both?
