Janko Tipsarevic defeated Andy Roddick in the second round of the U.S. Open yesterday 3-6, 7-5, 6-3, 7-6. This upset waved farewell to the American with the best chance of winning the tournament, and we are now left with John Isner who has never been past the the round of 16 in a Grand Slam.

With Andy Roddick and wife Brooklyn Decker gone, who will be the new "power couple" of the U.S. Open?

Janko Tipsarevic and his new wife, Biljana Sesevic, are up to the task.

Let's take a look at these newlyweds and their chances of sticking around the Open.

Janko and Biljana were Married in July 2010

Part of what makes this couple so interesting to tennis fans everywhere is that we haven't seen much of them. The two tied the knot in July, and while they are an "it" couple in their native Serbia, we have yet to pay much attention to them here in the States.

Roddick told Tipsarevic as the two shook hands over the net at the end of the match, "Don't f***ing lose this time."

Roddick was referring to when Tipsarevic beat him at the 2008 Wimbledon and then went on to lose to Rainer Schuettler in the very next round.

Hopefully, these tough (but encouraging) words will resonate with Janko, and we'll be able to see more of this new couple.

Wedding in Belgrade

The couple wed at "S Club" in Belgrade, Serbia on July 4th. Janko's Davis Cup teammate, Nenad Zimonjic, was put in charge of the bachelor party the Friday before the wedding.

Amongst the 300 guests in attendance were fellow Serbian tennis star, Novak Djokovic and president of the Serbian tennis federation Slobodan Zivojinovic.

Although Janko Tipsarevic has begun to prove himself in this year's U.S. Open, he is still the second-highest ranked Serbian male tennis player behind Novak Djokovic.

You may remember Djokovic from his pounding of Roger Federer at Wimbledon.

But with new wife, Biljana cheering him on, Janko has some new motivation for winning.

Roddick Channeled His Serena Williams

Although Roddick refrained from profane threats, a foot fault call in the third set left him with a bad taste in his mouth.

It was confirmed after the match that Roddick had committed a fault, but it was with the other foot. Roddick said that if the official had called the fault on the correct foot that he wouldn't have argued the point.

Sure, Andy.

We know that losing stinks, but just look at who you get to go home to.

Hello, Brooklyn!

Janko thinks Roddick is Getting Old

Tipsarevic was quoted saying, "People say that [Roddick] was much more dangerous when he was young because he was really going for the forehand every chance that he had...And now I just don't see that. He's a kind of player that you need to beat. Let's just say, in my opinion, he's going to wait for the mistake of the opponent rather than go for a big shot."

This isn't the first time that Tipsarevic has beaten Roddick, but we will find out just how great of a competitor he advances in the tournament.

This isn't Wimbledon 2008

When Janko beat Roddick in the 2008 Wimbledon, he went on to lose in the next round. Tipsarevic wanted to make it clear that history would not repeat itself in this situation:

"At Wimbledon, when I won, I felt that I was lucky and that Andy choked at important moments," said Tipsarevic. "But here, I feel it was a different story. From my point of view, it was a high‑quality match."

In this case, it was Janko's talent (not luck) that earned him the win.

Biljana is a Working Girl

Even though this beauty is married to a professional tennis player, she sure knows how to make her own money.

Biljana is a former host of Novi Sad TV, and she now works as a model for Sun Seeker Yachts for Serbia.

We all know she really floats Janko's boat.

Biljana Might Have Some Competition

Janko Tipsarevic seems to have a budding "bromance" with doubles partner, Feliciano Lopez.

When asked on Twitter who was better looking (Tipsarevic or Lopez), Janko replied that Lopez was "proof that bombs can walk…sex bombs."

Look out, Biljana!

Biljana has said that she absolutely loves Indian food and dress. She also enjoys snowboarding and skiing with her new husband.

There is no doubt that these two like to live life on the wild side.

Opposites Attract

Janko Tipsarevic is a pretty intense person. He loves to read Dostoevsky and even has a tattoo meaning, "Beauty will save the world," which is a quote from Dostoevsky.

While Biljana appreciates Janko's intensity, her fun-loving spirit allows her to find the funny side of such a seemingly serious man.
