Shocking, but true.
WWE has cut five superstars from their main roster.
Here's the official press release from WWE.com
"WWE has come to terms on the release of WWE Divas Mickie James and Katie Lea Burchill as well as superstars Shelton Benjamin, Kung Fu Naki, Slam Master J, and Jimmy Wang Yang as of today, April 22, 2010. We wish them the best in all future endeavors."
WWE has released six talented superstars/divas who could've made a huge impact in their individual brands, including perhaps the two most talented, Shelton Benjamin and Mickie James.
Mickie James, was perhaps one of the most talented and popular divas in WWE history, and WWE made a huge mistake by releasing one of their top divas.
As for Shelton Benjamin, with many main eventers taking some time off soon, I really thought it would be his time to shine, but unfortunately I was wrong.
I have a feeling this Shelton Benjamin, will be making his wrestling return in WWE's rival company, enough said.
