Don’t you dare try to be too Cool, don’t you dare be afraid of Life, just “Dare to be Great,” and Let it Rip.

Always be Humble, Always be Kind, Always be Respectful…

Everything You do counts and screams who You are…there is no hiding from You.

Act as if the Whole World will know who You are…

This was for those that haven't seen it or who needed to be reminded of who Pete Carroll is. This might not seem like much to some of you, it might seem childish. What it is; is simple, meaningful, and true. He believes it, and makes EVERYONE believe in him and his ways. He brings out the best in people, he knows what it takes to build, to win, and he has a very direct plan. These are just words, but when you are around Pete and his crew, it becomes more. You feel it through your bones and your soul. You want to be better and you need to win. Hmmmmm..... That sounds like the effect you would want from your head coach, but thats just my thoughts.
