This is going to be a very short and simple article. With the combine wrapped up, this is how the 49ers must draft if possible.

*This article assumes that we do not land any solid starters in free agency.*

1a. Trent Williams

1b. Mike Iupati

2. Devin McCourty

3. Jacoby Ford

4. Myron Rolle

5. LeGarrette Blount- We could use a goal line back, with his size and inability to block, that is exactly what he will be. I know he obviously has character issues, but I have the feeling that if he could shape up, Singletary would be the one to do it. McCloughan does like bigger backs as well. If it does work out, that would be an incredible steal considering Blount was a second or third round prospect at RB prior to the most ridiculous antic I have ever seen. He is obviously angry, so if he could channel that anger into his running he would be a great goal line back.

I don't know options past the 5th round because I haven't extensively researched the prospects.

It is very unlikely that the 49ers can land all of these players, but honestly, if this is how the draft played out, I couldn't be happier (besides Blount in the 5th round, I just think that could be a very intriguing pick if he was still available).

I only elaborated on Blount because I felt that he was the only player I included that needed an explanation.
