Tell me why Darrell Green ran a 4.4 40 yard dash. Because he was fast, duh, yeah I know that. But a 4.4 at 50 years old? Are you serious. Yeah, it happened. I don't have the footage yet. When I get it I will sure post it.

This man played 20 years in the league with his last game being in 2002. This means he's been out of the league for seven years, was playing at 43, and can still run like the wind at 50 years old. To celebrate his 50th birthday, Green ran a 40 yard dash....in 4.4 seconds.

Here are two tweets from Darrell Green yesterday about his feat,

"Quick update from the Birthday Boy:) I think today I became the fastest 50 year old in the world! @9AM today, I celebrated my 50th BDay.....By running the 40 yard dash in Orlando, Florida in a time of 4.43! FYI, all born between 1946 -1964 are baby boomers..."

That's crazy. I don't think he's lying either. Green is a devout Christian and there is really no reason to lie about something like that either. Follow Darrell Green on twitter @DarrellGreen28 or visit his website, darrellgreen.com.

For now, watch this tribute to this man. God blessed with Godspeed.
