We are a diverse nation: the Raider Nation. So, this week our menu is diverse.

We don't know if any birds are going to play football with us this week. However, we appreciate the historical visitation on last week. Our photo for the article commemorates that unusual and fascinating experience.

Raider Card Addict - RCA's Flat food

One package, Whole grain pitas, 4-8 in a package
1/2 pound sliced oven roasted turkey, any good deli will work.
shredded mild cheddar, one package, medium size, or for those who love cheese, large.
Small bottle of Ceaser dressing.Prepare by tossing pitas and two slices of turkey on each pita, then warm on the grill. Sprinkle cheese on top, letting melt or after removing from grill. Drizzle ceaser on, let cool 3 minutes, fold and enjoy.

Felix's Out Of This World Breakfast Potato Pie Recipe

Ingredients

* 4 cups diced ham
* 1-1/2 cups frozen shredded hash brown potatoes thawed
* 1/4 cup chopped green peppers
* 1/4 cup chopped red peppers
* 1/2 cup chopped white onion
* 1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
* 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
* 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
* 1 cup sour cream
* 1 cup cottage cheese
* 8 eggs
* 1 teaspoon white pepper
* 1 teaspoon thyme
* 1 teaspoon paprika

It's going to be spicy:

Pie pan lined with hash browns.
Saute spicy green chiles, red bell pepper, and onion, as much garlic as you can handle.
Cut up a turkey sausage (or leftover brats). Throw on top of this stuff.
Then about 5-6 eggs beaten and poured on top. Then about 1 whole cup of mexican ranchero cheese. Bake a while.
