Blake Bortles, 2 Jaguars Teammates Stopped Thief from Stealing QB's Truck
Blake Bortles may have signed a nice three-year, $54 million extension back in February, but not everything has gone smoothly for him this offseason.
According to TMZ Sports, Bortles was recently the target of an attempted theft at a party at Jacksonville Jaguars center Brandon Linder's house on Wednesday night.
Joseph Horton, 18, had managed to invite himself into the party. The Jags players eventually realized there was an unwanted guest in attendance and called the police.

However, Horton was not arrested before boldly trying to steal a few items...like a vehicle.
Per TMZ Sports, Horton swiped Bortles' wallet before hopping into the Jacksonville quarterback's truck, which had the keys inside of it, and attempting to take off. However, the Ford F-150 was boxed in by other vehicles and Horton was unable to leave in the truck.
He then went back into Linder's house, where the Jacksonville players held him until law enforcement arrived.
Horton was charged with burglary, grand theft and trespassing.
