Daniel Bryan Attacked After Firing Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn on WWE SmackDown
The response to last week's attack on SmackDown Live commissioner Shane McMahon was swift for Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens.
SmackDown Live general manager Daniel Bryan announced Tuesday that Zayn and Owens were fired from the show, per WWE's official Twitter account:

Zayn and Owens retaliated by attacking Bryan, whom WWE announced earlier in the day had been medically cleared to return to the ring. Bryan did his best to fight the pair off, but he couldn't keep them at bay forever.
Medical personnel had to stretcher Bryan to the back after Owens powerbombed him onto the ring apron:
Owens rubbed it in with a tweet alluding to Bryan's promo confirming his return:

While Zayn and Owens are fired for now, McMahon and Bryan may have little choice but to reinstate them—if only to assure themselves an opportunity for revenge.
The stage appears set for all four men to renew their rivalry at WrestleMania 34 on April 8 in New Orleans.
