By Derek of The Sportmeisters

Welcome to the best time of the year Sports Fans. Here is where I will tell you who I think you should start or who I think you should sit for your fantasy team.

This year, I will give you your obvious must starts (guys you start every week no matter who they play), a few players from each position who you should start, a sleeper start emโ€™, and a must sit emโ€™.

Also, I will be giving projections for those players. Enough talk, letโ€™s get down to business!

QB Obvious Must Starts

Drew Brees โ€“ NO vs. NYG โ€“ Projection: 250 Yards, 2 TD, 1 INT

Philip Rivers โ€“ SD vs. DEN โ€“ Projection: 270 Yards, 2 TD, 1 INT

Aaron Rodgers โ€“ GB vs. DET โ€“ Projection: 325 Yards, 3 TD, 0 INT

Tom Brady โ€“ NE vs. TEN โ€“ Projection: 275 Yards, 2 TD, 0 INT

Kurt Warner โ€“ ARI vs. SEA โ€“ Projection: 285 Yards, 2 TD, 1 INT

QB Start Emโ€™

Ben Roethlisberger โ€“ Pittsburgh Steelers vs. CLE โ€“ Big Ben had himself a monster game last week against Detroit and has a great matchup this week against the 10th-ranked pass defense of the Cleveland Browns. Start Emโ€™. Projection: 250 Yards, 2 TD, 0 INT

Donovan McNabb โ€“ Philadelphia Eagles vs. OAK โ€“ McNabb came back from injury last week and threw for 264 yards and three touchdowns against Tampa Bay. This week, he gets another great matchup against the 15th-ranked pass defense of the Oakland Raiders. Start Emโ€™. Projection: 275 Yards, 2 TD, 0 INT

Carson Palmer โ€“ Cincinnati Bengals vs. HOU โ€“ Palmer has shown that he is fully healthy this year and has led the Bengals to a 4-1 record. He has also thrown for 1,116 yards and seven touchdowns.

This week he gets a great matchup against the 16th-ranked pass defense of the Houston Texans. Sleeper Start Emโ€™. Projection: 275 Yards, 2 TD, 0 INT

QB Sit Emโ€™

Matt Cassel โ€“ Kansas City Chiefs vs. WAS โ€“ Cassel has thrown two touchdowns in each of his last three games and put up 253 yards last week against Dallas.

However, he has a tough matchup this week, as he faces the third-ranked pass defense of the Washington Redskins. Sit Emโ€™. Projection: 215 Yards, 1 TD, 1 INT

Trent Edwards โ€“ Buffalo Bills vs. NYJ โ€“ In his past three games, Edwards has thrown just one touchdown and five interceptions. This week, he faces the eighth-ranked pass defence of the New York Jets, who are going to play extremely tough after what happened to them last week. Sit Emโ€™. Projection: 165 Yards, 1 TD, 2 INT

Derek Anderson โ€“ Cleveland Browns vs. PIT โ€“ Anderson was awful last week against Buffalo. He completed just two of 17 passes for just 23 yards and an interception. This week, he faces the 14th -ranked pass defense of the Pittsburgh Steelers and the possible return of Safety Troy Polamalu. Must Sit Emโ€™. Projection: 145 Yards, 1 TD, 2 INT

RB Obvious Must Starts

Adrian Peterson โ€“ MIN vs. BAL โ€“ Projection: 100 Yards Rushing, 1 TD, 2 Receptions, 15 Yards

Michael Turner โ€“ ATL vs. CHI โ€“ Projection: 80 Yards Rushing, 1 TD

Maurice Jones-Drew โ€“ JAX vs. STL โ€“ Projection: 100 Yards Rushing, 1 TD, 4 Receptions, 35 Yards, 1 TD

Steven Jackson โ€“ STL vs. JAX โ€“ Projection: 75 Yards Rushing, 4 Receptions, 45 Yards, 1 TD

Matt Forte โ€“ CHI vs. ATL โ€“ Projection: 100 Yards Rushing, 1 TD, 4 Receptions, 40 Yards

DeAngelo Williams โ€“ CAR vs. TB โ€“ Projection: 85 Yards Rushing, 1 TD, 2 Receptions, 20 Yards

Chris Johnson โ€“ TEN vs. NE โ€“ Projection: 70 Yards Rushing, 3 Receptions, 25 Yards

RB Start Emโ€™

Brian Westbrook โ€“ Philadelphia Eagles vs. OAK โ€“ Westbrook is coming off a subpar game against Tampa Bay. He ran for just 18 yards and a touchdown and caught just two passes for 17 yards.

He looks to be healthy and has a monster matchup against the 31st-ranked run defense of the Oakland Raiders that makes him almost an obvious must start. Start Emโ€™. Projection: 75 Yards Rushing, 1 TD, 3 Receptions, 30 Yards

Cedric Benson โ€“ Cincinnati Bengals vs. HOU โ€“ Benson proved that he was no fluke last week when he was the first player in 40 games to rush for over 100 yards against Baltimore. This week, he gets a great matchup against the 26th-ranked run defense of the Houston Texans. Start Emโ€™. Projection: 100 Yards Rushing, 1 TD

Ryan Grant โ€“ Green Bay Packers vs. DET โ€“ What a great way to come off a bye week. Grant will face the 21st-ranked run defense of the Detroit Lions. Start Emโ€™. Projection: 75 Yards Rushing, 1 TD, 3 Receptions, 25 Yards

Thomas Jones โ€“ New York Jets vs. BUF โ€“ While Jones hasnโ€™t rushed for an enormous amount of yardage this year, he does have five touchdowns. This week, he faces a great matchup against the 29th-ranked run defense of the Buffalo Bills. I expect him to pile up the yardage this week. Start Emโ€™. Projection: 90 Yards Rushing, 1 TD

Rashard Mendenhall โ€“ Pittsburgh Steelers vs. CLE โ€“ Talk about taking advantage of your opportunities. Mendenhall has run for 242 yards and three touchdowns in the past two weeks while Willie Parker was out with an injury.

Parker may return this week, but Mendenhall should still get his share of the carries against the worst run defense in the NFL in the Cleveland Browns. Sleeper Start Emโ€™. Projection: 85 Yards, 1 TD

RB Sit Emโ€™

Julius Jones โ€“ Seattle Seahawks vs. ARI โ€“ Jones has rushed for just 59 yards in the past two weeks combined and has not scored a touchdown since week one. This week, he faces the best run defense in the NFL in the Arizona Cardinals. Sit Emโ€™. Projection: 40 Yards Rushing

Marshawn Lynch โ€“ Buffalo Bills vs. NYJ โ€“ Lynch looked good last week against Cleveland, but will probably not fare so well this week against a fired-up New York Jets run defense that is ranked 19th in the NFL. Sit Emโ€™. Projection: 50 Yards Rushing, 3 Receptions, 25 Yards

Jamal Lewis โ€“ Cleveland Browns vs. PIT โ€“ Lewis has been banged up over the past few weeks, but managed 117 yards last week against Buffalo. However, this week he faces a much tougher challenge against the second-ranked run defense of the Pittsburgh Steelers. Sit Emโ€™. Projection: 40 Yards Rushing

Willis McGahee โ€“ Baltimore Ravens vs. MIN โ€“ McGahee started the season hot, with six touchdowns in the first three games. However, he has just six carries the past two weeks and goes against the Williams Wall and the 10th-ranked run defense of the Minnesota Vikings this week. Must Sit Emโ€™. Projection: 20 Yards Rushing

WR Obvious Must Starts

Randy Moss โ€“ NE vs. TEN โ€“ Projection: 9 Receptions, 100 Yards, 1 TD

Wes Welker โ€“ NE vs. TEN โ€“ Projection: 10 Receptions, 80 Yards, 1 TD

Larry Fitzgerald โ€“ ARI vs. SEA โ€“ Projection: 6 Receptions, 90 Yards, 1 TD

Anquan Boldin โ€“ ARI vs. SEA โ€“ Projection: 7 Receptions, 75 Yards, 2 TD

Andre Johnson โ€“ HOU vs. CIN โ€“ Projection: 8 Receptions, 100 Yards, 1 TD

Greg Jennings โ€“ GB vs. DET โ€“ Projection: 6 Receptions, 75 Yards, 1 TD

Roddy White โ€“ ATL vs. CHI โ€“ Projection: 6 Receptions, 90 Yards, 1 TD

Steve Smith โ€“ CAR vs. TB โ€“ Projection: 7 Receptions, 90 Yards, 1 TD

WR Start Emโ€™

Chad Ocho Cinco โ€“ Cincinnati Bengals vs. HOU โ€“ Ocho Cinco is Back! He has 24 receptions for 352 yards and three touchdowns in five games this year. He has a great matchup vs. the 16th-ranked pass defense of the Houston Texans this week. Start Emโ€™. Projection: 8 Receptions, 105 Yards, 1 TD

Hines Ward โ€“ Pittsburgh Steelers vs. CLE โ€“ Even with a newfound running game, the Steelers are still throwing the ball extremely well. Big Ben has looked Wardโ€™s way often this year and should do so again against the 10th-ranked pass defense of the Cleveland Browns. Start Emโ€™. Projection: Ward: 6 Receptions, 80 Yards, 1 TD

Santana Moss โ€“ Washington Redskins vs. KC โ€“ Even though Washingtonโ€™s offense has not been great this year, Kansas Cityโ€™s Defense has been even worse. Moss should exploit the 29th-ranked pass defense of the Chiefs and should have a great game. Start Emโ€™. Projection: 7 Receptions, 95 Yards, 1 TD

Chris Henry โ€“ Cincinnati Bengals vs. HOU โ€“ Henry caught just three passes last week, but they went for 92 yards. This week, he could finally explode against the 16th-ranked pass defense of the Houston Texans. Sleeper Start Emโ€™. Projection: 5 Receptions, 55 Yards, 1 TD

WR Sit Emโ€™

Dwayne Bowe โ€“ Kansas City Chiefs vs. WAS โ€“ As bad as Washingtonโ€™s offense has been, their defense has been pretty good. They are ranked third against the pass and Bowe and Cassel havenโ€™t exactly set the world on fire this season. Sit Emโ€™. Projection: 4 Receptions, 40 Yards

Vincent Jackson โ€“ San Diego Chargers vs. DEN โ€“ Jackson has been a fantasy force so far this year and it will be hard to bench him, but the Broncos are ranked fifth against the pass and Jackson will probably be matched up with Champ Bailey for most of the game. If you own him, you are probably starting him, but owners beware. Projection: 5 Receptions, 60 Yards

Nate Washington โ€“ Tennessee Titans vs. NE โ€“ Washington has been the main target in the Tennessee passing game so far this year. However, he isnโ€™t a great start this week against the 13th-ranked pass defense of the New England Patriots. Sit Emโ€™. Projection: 5 Receptions, 45 Yards

Antonio Bryant โ€“ Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. WAS โ€“ He has finally had a few decent games against Washington and Philadelphia, catching nine balls for 106 yards and a touchdown.

However, he is playing the second-ranked pass defense of the Carolina Panthers this week. Must Sit Emโ€™. Projection: 4 Receptions, 40 Yards

TE Obvious Must Starts

Antonio Gates โ€“ SD vs. DEN โ€“ Projection: 6 Receptions, 70 Yards, 1 TD

Tony Gonzalez โ€“ ATL vs. CHI โ€“ Projection: 5 Receptions, 50 Yards, 1 TD

TE Start Emโ€™

Owen Daniels โ€“ Houston Texans vs. CIN โ€“ Daniels bounced back last week against Arizona, catching eight passes for 94 yards. This week he faces the 23rd-ranked pass defense of the Cincinnati Bengals and will be extremely useful in PPR leagues. Start Emโ€™. Projection: 7 Receptions, 70 Yards

Brent Celek โ€“ Philadelphia Eagles vs. OAK โ€“ Celek has been a big surprise so far this season, catching 26 balls for 303 yards and two touchdowns in the first four games.

This week, he gets the 15th-ranked pass defense of the Oakland Raiders. Start Emโ€™. Projection: 6 Receptions, 65 Yards, 1 TD

Greg Olsen โ€“ Chicago Bears vs. ATL โ€“ Olsen has yet to break out like everyone expected, but this week could be the time. They are coming off a bye week and are facing the 22nd-ranked pass defense of the Atlanta Falcons. Sleeper Start Emโ€™. Projection: 5 Receptions, 50 Yards, 1 TD

TE Sit Emโ€™

Zach Miller โ€“ Oakland Raiders vs. PHI โ€“ The Raiders offense has been anemic thus far and Millerโ€™s production has suffered. He has just 15 catches for 215 yards in four games and with no real No. 1 WR, he is getting double-teamed.

He faces the fourth-ranked pass defense of the Philadelphia Eagles this week. Must Sit Emโ€™. Projection: 3 Receptions, 45 Yards

Kevin Boss โ€“ New York Giants vs. NO โ€“ Boss was hurt in the game against Kansas City two weeks ago and did not play against Oakland last week.

He is listed as questionable this week and even if he plays, he isnโ€™t a great fantasy option thus far this year. Sit Emโ€™. Projection: 2 Receptions, 15 Yards

Visanthe Shiancoe โ€“ Minnesota Vikings vs. BAL โ€“ As good as the Vikings Offense has been this year and as much as Brett Favre has looked for Shiancoe, this week they face the 26th-ranked pass defense of the Baltimore Ravens, who have allowed just 11 Receptions and one Touchdown to opposing TEโ€™s this year. Sit Emโ€™. Projection: 3 Receptions, 35 Yards

D/ST Start Emโ€™

Philadelphia Eagles vs. OAK โ€“ Oaklandโ€™s offense is by far the worst in the NFL and JaMarcus Russell has looked absolutely horrible thus far this year. This week, the Eagles should get about as much pressure on him as the Giants did last week. Start Emโ€™.

Pittsburgh Steelers vs. CLE โ€“ Troy Polamalu may return this week and you have to love a matchup with the Pittsburgh D against a QB who completed just two passes last week. Start Emโ€™.

Carolina Panthers vs. TB โ€“ The Buccaneers havenโ€™t really found their groove yet this year and it doesnโ€™t look like they will anytime soon. The Panthers defense should feast on the second-year QB, Josh Johnson, and could post a few sacks and interceptions this week. Sleeper Start Emโ€™.

New York Jets vs. BUF โ€“ Rex Ryan wonโ€™t allow a performance like the Jets defense had last week. They will come out fired up and play extremely physical, which is bad news for a struggling Buffalo offense. Start Emโ€™.

D/ST Sit Emโ€™

New York Giants vs. NO โ€“ This game will be a shootout and as good as the Giants defense has been, I donโ€™t trust any defense against the Saints offense. Sit Emโ€™.

New Orleans Saints vs. NYG โ€“ As improved as the Saints defense has been this season, I just donโ€™t know if they can stop Brandon Jacobs or Eli Manning from throwing to Steve Smith. Sit Emโ€™.

Tennessee Titans vs. NE โ€“ They are near the bottom of the league in total defense at 25th and are 31st against the pass going against Tom Brady and Randy Moss. Anyone remember what happened to them last week against Indianapolis and Peyton Manning? Must Sit Emโ€™.
