Sasha Banks, Rich Swann Beat Alicia Fox, Noam Dar at WWE Extreme Rules 2017

Banks leapt from the top rope and hit Dar on the outside with a double-knee drop. WWE showed a replay of the high-risk maneuver:

Why Roster Cuts Happened After WM
Swann then rolled Dar back into the ring and delivered a Phoenix Splash for the win.
Philly.com's Vaughn Johnson was surprised Swann, a native of Baltimore, prevailed given how WWE often handles wrestlers in their hometowns:
The Raw Breakdown Project's Kate Foray enjoyed that both Swann and Banks contributed to the match's conclusion:
After mixing it up in a separate tag team match a few weeks ago, Banks and Fox began a feud that resulted in multiple singles bouts between them on Raw.
They split their first two meetings before The Boss prevailed on the May 22 episode of Raw. That wasn't the end of their rivalry, however.
With Fox and Dar being a constant thorn in Banks' side, she joined forces with another of the couple's biggest adversaries in Swann.
Before the go-home edition of Raw leading up to Extreme Rules, Sasha and Swann offered some words of warning to Fox and Dar, according to WWE's official Twitter account:
Fox was originally involved in a romantic relationship with Cedric Alexander on 205 Live, but Alexander dumped her, and she gravitated toward the Scottish Supernova.
With Alexander out due to injury, Swann devised a plan to break up Fox and Dar by posing as a phony secret admirer.
While it worked initially, Fox and Dar got back together, and they continue to be one of WWE's biggest power couples.
Sunday's match was a rarity in that it served as a showcase for both the women's division and the cruiserweight division.
Sasha is outside the Raw Women's Championship picture looking in with Alexa Bliss and Bayley currently feuding, but Extreme Rules presented an opportunity to get back on track.
Also, since Neville, Austin Aries, Jack Gallagher and TJP have dominated the cruiserweight scene, Sunday's bout was huge for a former cruiserweight champion in Swann and an up-and-comer in Dar to get some exposure.
Thanks to their win at Extreme Rules, Banks and Swann may now be knocking on the door of championship contention in their respective divisions.
